First off, the customer service is brilliant. Personally contacted to make sure everything is okay and present me with an e-book on how to best use and care for the umbrella. The price is amazing value. Within an hour of receiving the item I was out using it. I live in Cornwall, it is November and i live near cliffs. So it is VERY wet and VERY windy. I usually go through a couple of umbrella's each winter as they just can't handle the strong winds we get down here. But this little beauty! Not only did the wind pass straight through the vents preventing it from inverting, but it also prevented the dreadful wind 'tug' that pulls the umbrella away from you and can drag you into traffic -or off a cliff! It has a clip on the cover so you don't have to remove it and then hunt for it - inevitably losing it. You can just leave it attached to the handle. The cover is actually wide enough at the mouth that you can put the umbrella in very easily and quickly. The hype is true, the rain literally just pours straight off and it is dry in seconds and okay to put back in the cover, the drips just fly off completely! Did I mention the price? Amazing value! You can FEEL how strongly made it is straight away. There is nothing flimsy and cheap about this umbrella. I intend to get a couple more to give as gifts to friends. A great little umbrella presented by a great little company that I will use again and FULLY recommend to everyone. If you want an umbrella....GET THIS ONE!

Have yet to use this brolly. First impressions very good, looks and feels well made. Operation simple and the sprung open/closing mechanism is strong so needs a good push for closing. I expect to get many years service from this brolly. I have registered with the company website for the ‘life time warranty’, hopefully I’ll not have to seek help.

I have just used this today for the first time . Well made and easy to put up and take down. It was a windy day . The umbrella coped well with the wind. I would recommend it. I have only given it 4 stars as it is slightly heavier than stated. This is because of the robust handle. Does not fit in my small back pack , so has to be carried separately if not used . The cover is good and easy to get on . So it will get used. I am happy with my purchase especially for the price. The green is a lovely colour.

I purchased this umbrella in October 2019 when, a non-driver, got a job as a care worker in a venue on top of a big hill in a seaside town. Got off my bus at the bottom of the hill and walked nearly 25 mins to my workplace. Autumn started and I got frequently lashed on the hillside by the rain driven by the winds from the ocean. Not great to turn up like that for work. Discovering this umbrella really saved me and I totally fell in love with it. It's been already said in all these reviews but it's super sturdy. However the trick is actually in its flexibility - in the wind, the ribs just flex inwardly as seen in my pic, then spring back, not break. Yes in a very strong wind, very rarely, the umbrella might even invert itself but again, springs back into position, without any damage. I just love it, often preach about it to soaking-wet bypassers on the street and it's super satisfying walking with it past all the rubbish bins with broken umbrellas sticking out of them. How nice to know this has been the last umbrella I have ever bought! Having said that, after the UK winter season on that hillside, and it was one full of all the horrible storms and hurricanes with human names, the red umbrella I originally bought did give in, a part of a rib snapped. Ergonauts company very kindly immediately replaced it for no extra cost, I chose the yellow out of what was available, to brighten a grey day and we've walked together happily ever after till this day (September 2021). Just a little warning, this is not a dainty ladies' umbrella that fits in a pocket, it is a bit of a stonker (just under 1lb) and you could hit a potential attacker unconscious with it... but hey, you want solidity so here you have it. EDIT JANUARY 2023: So yes, here we still are, me and my yellow Ergonauts umbrella in perfect shape, still faithfully fending off those stormy rains, the best umbrella I've ever had. If you are thinking of getting one, don't hesitate no further.

I had already bought this same model for my wife and my mother-in-law, and they were both very satisfied with it. It opens extremely easily and quickly, which makes it very convenient. Since I also needed one, I bought it for myself. When it arrived, my wife actually said she liked the colour and thought she might use it sometimes too. To close it, you use the button as usual, but to complete the closing you need to push a little, as the spring offers some resistance. This is understandable, though, as it’s designed to help it open properly. Overall, a very practical and well-designed umbrella.

I already had one of these umbrellas. I found it compact, lightweight, a good diameter and effective in windy weather. I therefore decided to purchase another. I find it ideal for travelling.

I’d been researching quote heavily in a good quality umbrella after my years of buying cheap “breaks after one windy day” ones from the likes of budget friendly Primark. Firstly, I purchased the forest green colour which looks great, rich green and looks premium. Do note, this umbrella is more weighty and larger than your typical British handbag umbrellas but there’s a very handy clip attached to the cover that clips nicely to the hardware of my handbags. I bought this umbrella due to the typical dreary rain all day, all week weather predicted in Scotland for a joint birthday holiday trip. The umbrella did not disappoint and it covered me (a plus size lady) confidently. I would say it would be a push to cover two persons, perhaps it can with the expectation you may get dropped on the edges. The automatic open mechanism works well but as others suggested, it does take a thorough push to “reload” the spring. My tip is, after pressing the button to close the umbrella, physically drive the umbrella to the ground until the pole reduces in length and you hear the audible “click”. The handle of the umbrella felt practically and ergonically designed for the hand to grab onto. I would highly recommend this umbrella to anyone who’s after a high quality umbrella that offers a spring loaded open and close mechanism.

This is the second time I've bought this umbrella, the first one lasted me about 3 years. It's a well-built and practical umbrella.

Good sturdy umbrella

Have been a pleasure using it. It seems sturdy & so far with the sydney weather it's still functioning. However the life time warranty wasn't meant for Australia ( only for USA residents in USA) so that was a disappointment.

Ich nutze den Schirm seit ca. 3 Jahren und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Damals habe ich ihn für ca. 24,- € gekauft, derzeit ist er sogar noch günstiger. Das hat heutzutage Seltenheitscharakter. Der Schirm öffnet sich per Knopfdruck automatisch und lässt sich halbautomatisch leicht schließen. Selbst nach Jahren funktioniert das so gut wie am ersten Tag. Gut durchdacht ist, dass der der Schirm nicht nur aus einer Fläche besteht, sondern aus zwei Flächen, die sich überlappen. So wird auch bei starken Windböen vermieden, dass sich der Schirm umklappt. Dieses Problem hatte ich bei anderen (auch teureren) Schirmen anderer Hersteller, die ihren Schirm auch als sturmfest beschrieben haben. Nach 3 Jahren kann ich keinerlei Rost entdecken und verbogen ist auch nichts. Der Haltegriff ist ergonomisch und liegt von daher gut in der Hand. Bisher der beste Schirm, den ich jemals hatte und falls ich ihn jemals irgendwo vergessen sollte, würde ich mir genau diesen Schirm wieder kaufen. Klare Kaufempfehlung meinerseits!

Ho ricevuto l’ombrello e devo dire che sono davvero felice del mio acquisto. La cosa che mi ha sorpreso di più è il suo sistema di chiusura ed apertura automatica A differenza dei classici ombrelli pieghevoli, che hanno la sola apertura automatica e il pulsante è posto al centro dell’asta( scomodo da raggiungere), questo ombrello Ergonomad ha un comodo pulsante sul manico. Schiacciando il pulsante ,l’ombrello non solo si apre automaticamente e rapidamente, ma si può anche richiudere. Ha una struttura resistentissima; è costruito con sistemi di molle e rivestimenti che lo rendono flessibile e resistente al vento Inoltre nella cupola dell’ombrello ci sono delle “fessurine” disegnate per far passare e scivolare via il vento attraverso l’ombrello senza farlo capovolgere Il manico è super comodo,pesa 395 gr e la sua lunghezza da piegato risulta di soli 32 cm. Per questo motivo è un ombrello comodo da trasportare e da reggere durante l’uso Sono davvero contenta di questo articolo

Ürünü yurt dışı seyahatimde kullanmak istemiştim. İlk günden bozuldu , kapanması ve açılması çok zor. Belki benim şansıma bozuk ürün geldi bilemiyorum, tavsiye etmem.
