Can't stop reading these books. Started because a young person was reading them and I wanted to know what the hype was all about. Glad I did. Fun story with intrigue, suspense, action, levity and so much more. The best part is that there are no bad words and no inappropriate scenes that you would want your young person to avoid. Great books.

I am premature in reviewing as I have not read all 5 books yet - only 3 but I couldn’t wait to report how awesome this series is! I was engrossed from book 1 - the kids involved and where they ended up. Then in book 2 the excitement and adventure increase 10 fold. I couldn’t put it down. Then to book 3 - 100 fold better. The imagination of the author is amazing. This is a great fantasy novel - for those who love to escape into other worlds! It is fantastic! I read the Fablehaven series which was great but to me, this totally tops that. Great books! Thank you Brandon Mull for your creative imagination and very easy to read writing style. Now on to book 4!! Just finished book 5! AWESOME!!!!

The Five Kingdoms book series is fun & enjoyable for adults as well as adolescents! Just like his Fable Haven book series, Brandon Mull creates an delightfully adventurous story filled with young heroes trying to overcome dangerous challenges. Each book in the series is a wonderfully thrilling experience!

Five Kingdoms was the midgrade fantasy series I studied after Brandon Sanderson's Evil Librarians when embarking on my journey to write the Dragon & Dinosaur Chronicles series with my grandkids. My second-oldest grandson borrowed my Brandon Mull books (including the Beyonders and Dragonwatch) while in 5th grade, and he became keenly interested in fantasy novels. I'm almost done rereading the Five Kingdoms as I prepare to write Book 3 in our series. Thx to Mull for his excellent writing craft and for being a great inspiration!

I really like the series but I was really disappointed with the end of the last book. The end made me get teary.

Arrived in good shape. Books are boxed so weren't bent. A gift for a young adult who requested them.

I have read Brandon Mull’s Fablehaven & Beyonders series already, & I just finished Five Kingdoms. I enjoyed the others very much, but in my opinion Five Kingdoms is the best of the bunch! Action-packed & fast-paced, it was completely engaging, & there were some twists that I didn’t see coming that only added to the intrigue. I also appreciated the dashes of humor. It’s extremely well-written, & I’m fascinated by the depth of Brandon Mull’s imagination! I highly recommend this series if you love fantasy, regardless of your age!

I had to wait till Brandon Mull finished all the 5 books before I go this for the girl...she loved it but it actually had a spelling mistake in it...shocked but great collection and author
