Nice, good size for cash

It was exactly what I was looking for, something to keep a running total of the cash, heavy-duty paper that should hold up longer than a regular envlope. Reasonable price, also.

These envelopes are perfect for savings, organizing bills. The design is great. I love the bright colors, the ledger on the front is clear and very useful. It is clear, well designed and easy to use. The size is perfect for large amounts of bills and the thick (card stock) paper is perfect for writing on and keeping an account of the contents.

I think I saw something about this product being created and sold by a small family owned business, and I just wanted to commend them for a beautiful little product! (Love free enterprisers!). These have helped us sooo much for budgeting and tracking money. We are creating new and better habits each week as we figure out how to use the envelopes to best help us in our budgeting as seniors. Great colors, high quality paper and printing...we are using so many that instead of putting them in a pouch of sorts, my husband is creating a file box just the right size to stand them up and see the categories..easy to pull out and put back. Bravo!

We started on a Dave Ramsey envelope system a few years ago and it saved us financially. We have been doing this system of saving since about 5 years ago. These are perfect for that type of budgeting or saving. Easy to put your cash inside and mark the deposits or withdrawals from each envelope. When you see your cash in hand, in these envelopes, it makes you spend less. It’s good to use these to see right where your cash is and where it’s going. I’m positive these envelopes can be used for other ways of saving or storing cash too. They are good and sturdy and the colors make it good for categorizing !! UPDATE: ordered two more packs and mine pack had envelopes missing and the money clips missing too. It had been opened.

My boyfriend is a waiter, so all of his money comes in the form of cash. Every night when he gets home he sorts it out into bill money, rent money, savings, child support, etc. He was using plain white envelopes and keeping track of what goes in and out of the envelope by making notes on each envelope. I got these for him for Christmas (I suck at keeping secrets so I gave them to him early) and he was so excited. You'd think it was a new car or something. He actually said this was the best present he's ever gotten. I knew he'd like them but wow. It's still the same idea as using a plain envelope but it's sturdier, more organized, he loves the little flap on there and it's great that there were so many because once he fills in all the lines on one, he can just throw it out and start a new one. I was concerned they wouldn't hold much - he comes home with a lot of 1's and 5's and I was worried it would be too much to cram into one of these envelopes but they actually hold quite a bit. I was surprised. No problem so far. Highly recommend!!!

I use envelopes to budget and save money. I was using regular paper envelopes and they were wearing out quickly from barely any use. These are nice and sturdy cardstock envelopes. They come in beautiful colors and are a perfect size for dollar bills. I have successfully slid 50 bills inside and they fit without trouble. I probably won't need envelopes for more than 50 bills each( unless I win the lottery, lol) but I wanted to give an accurate idea of how many bills could fit. The flap to close the envelope doesn't have any glue to keep the envelopes closed. If I needed to close the flap I could use a piece of tape, but I don't really need the flap closed, so I just fold it down and it works fine for my needs. I would buy more of these, either for myself or for others.
