Mini Air Cooler, 2019 New Mini Air Conditioner, Portable Cooler Fan Air Conditioner Cooler for Home with New Filter Paper (2 Generation-Upgrade) (2#)

Quick description of the product: It's a very cheaply made plastic case. At the rear is a desktop computer fan. There is a cloth/fabric filter which is can be removed by pulling a tiny drawer out. For some reason there's a water tank at the TOP which feeds a mist generating transducer. The mist falls into the path of the fan to act as a sort of humidifer to give an illusion of cooling. Sounds good? It really isn't. The mist: I see why it's not mentioned in the description. You'd think cooling mist would be a fantastic selling point. It's glossed over because the mist generated is next to nothing on high. On medium is might just be visible if the fan was off, and on low it doesn't generate any mist at all. The described "running time" should be however many hours it takes the tank of water to evaporate, so 4-5days? I replaced this order with a far superior £13 "LETMY Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier" which fills my room with a cool moisture and honestly works much better. The fan: Noisey. VERY noisey. Think of a computer/laptop fan whirring when it's working as hard as it can. That's what it sounds like, all the time. Probably because that's exactly what it is, a desktop computers fan. The filter: After giving up with this product I did find a use for the cloth filter. If you sit it in a shallow bowl of water and blow a small usb fan through it, the filter will suck up the water up into itself and fill the room with moisture. It actually gets through a good 500ml of water within a day, which isn't far from a regular built-for-purpose humidifer. Which begs the question, WHY DOESN'T THIS PRODUCT HAVE THE WATER TANK AT THE BOTTOM!? Forget the cheap, underpowered mist generator, let the filter sit in water and soak it up! All in all, you will NOT cool any room with this. I know it doesn't claim to do that, but don't think for a second it'll do it. It only cools what the air it blows out comes into contact with, so it has to be facing you blowing directly on you for you to feel any effects at all. You would be far better with a humidifer up above you and a regular desktop fan for a cooler and far quieter setup. Also it leaks. If you move it at all when it has water in, it's so poorly made it'll get everywhere. One more thing, if the transducer fails and stops working, the PCB will continue to fire HF and overheat itself to the point of smoking. I didn't want lung cancer so didn't leave it long enough to melt or catch fire but I wouldn't be suprised if it actually would. I don't know how on earth this passed any safety checks. Don't rely on these comments. It's well known Amazon Sellers will pay for good reviews. Get on Youtube and watch someone using this fan. You'll hear how LOUD it is and see how poorly it performs!

I purchased two of these, however the secon one has only just been used. And unbeknownst to me, the first doesn't work right. The water doesn't get used in the top. But the second does.

Really Like this works great not to loud we have it in the bedroom.The air is much cooler

It’s the Zain’s you expect it to be with poor instructions, even though it’s actually real easy to work out. My main issues is that it came in the box, it’s actual box which usually would NOT be an issue apart from this time where it obviously did not have enough packaging and the product came broken (as pictured). The thing won’t turn on for me so I have no issue how good it is as a cooler

No plug in box, slats all fallen out of fan front, box split open on arrival, product itself is cheaply made and is ok in a tiny area, I guess you get what you pay for!!

When it arrived there was a a small blue rubber oblong with pockets I. I think it's for small ice cubes thats what I use it for. At first I struggled to know where it was ment to go. This cools my bedroom great. Easy to assemble ( if you not wondering about the extra blue bit) would recommend .small sits on bedside cabinet

It worked once, for 2 hours and then just stopped working. Cheap knock off that probably overheated from bad production!!! DO NOT buy.

It could survive a bit more! After 1 month the third level of power got broken.

tres mécontent de cet achat au prix fort réclamé par ma femme pendant le canicule en urgence. Efficacité proche du zéro, fuite d'eau à répétition,... c'est moins efficace qu'un ventilo classique et il faut être quasiment collé pour voir une efficacité. En plus j'ai vu après-coup que c'était de la revente de produit chinois disponible en import 6 fois moins cher.

Ottimo prodotto qualita prezzo. Ne sono rimasto sorpreso ho seguito le istruzioni come riportate nella confezione del prodotto e una volta accesso e silenzioso una volta accesso emana aria fresca e nebulizza l'acqua fredda con aggiunta di cubetti che si mette nel serbatoio sopra. Ha anche una piccola luce la qualche puoi impostare il colore a tua scelta.

Prévoir une alimentation supérieure à celle annoncée. Le refroidisseur s'arrêtait au bout de quelques secondes avec une alimentation 5V 2,8A. J'ai acheté une alimentation USB 5V 6A avec laquelle Il fonctionne bien !

Aucune efficacité et fonctionnement bruyant. Totalement inutile.
