Impressive for the price. Adjustable, holds the floor without movement while in use. A solid piece of equipment. Like the other reviews the only con I have found is the rubber pads for the bar holder are thick and do not bend well to allow adhesive backing to seat properly. I heated the rubber pads in the Florida sun for a few minutes and they were pliable enough to install them properly. Over all I am very satisfied with this purchase. Great addition to any home gym.

I loved the price on this however where there are joints for one pipe to go into another, there is a plastic sleeve that makes the connect extremely wobbly. So the seat wobbles and the arm rest wobbles and the barbell holder wobbles; and not just a little but quite a bit and it feels a bit janky. Let's just say you aren't getting a gym quality bench for this price but I was hoping it would be a tight tolerance bar inside another bar but the plastic sleeve just makes it really poor. One other minor issue is an olympic curl bar, probably one of the most popular bars, rests on only the outer edge of the weight bar holder so the foam is getting stressed in one spot only. it's like it's just barely curved and isn't flush contact. The seat is only a tad bigger than a bicycle seat so expect to rest on your inner glutes. Beware if you need more support for...size reasons. The rest of the components are pretty solid however. The welds are solid, the powder coating is thick and well done, I was able to crank the bolts tight and no bending or flexing, and the simulated leather coverings are thick and durable.

Very sturdy, works well. The sticky things don't stick well on the bar holder but other then that everything is perfect.

Now that I've had a chance to use the GOPLUS Preacher Curl Weight Bench for a few workouts I'll rate it three stars. It's adequate but nothing more. Assembly was easy. The front part that the curl bar sits on (bar support) only attaches with two bolts at the bottom which hasn't caused any problems but seems like it could be sturdier. The tubes for the adjustable bar support, arm pad, and saddle fit rather loosely into the frame so even when you tighten down the adjustment "Quick pins" they still wobble a bit. It's not enough to really cause a problem, just a bit annoying. I also found it to be just a bit unstable. One time I had the curl bar and weights resting on the front support and I went to sit down and I put my weight on the bar before sitting on the seat and it tilted forward. Be careful. I also find the arm pad a bit narrow. Other reviewers have commented on this as well. I'm 5'9" but have fairly wide shoulders and I find it just barely wide enough to support my elbows. I did have one issue with mine. There are supposed to be three of the "Quick pins" that are used to adjust the seat, arm rest, and bar support but my package only included two. I contacted the vendor and they responded promptly for which I give them credit. Unfortunately, they did not have a spare part that they could send me. They gave me the option of returning it or they would would comp me $20 if I were to buy one locally. Props to them for trying to help so I didn't deduct any stars for that but it would have been nice if they could have just sent me the missing part.

Read the review and almost didn't buy this product. Once It arrived it was easy to put together and seem pretty sturdy. It definitely isn't gym quality but for home use and the money you really can't go wrong. I would say my only complaint is that the arm pad is kinda narrow. Other than that a good 👍 buy.

This bench is made in China and is very inexpensive. You get what you pay for. This is a very lightweight (27 lbs.) bench made of fairly weak materials. I managed to bend the steel frame just hand-tightening the bolts a bit too much. However, it seems fairly stable all the same, and can probably handle as much weight as any normal person can curl. Mine arrived with two missing non-standard parts, so quality control is plainly no better than one might expect from China. I requested them to be shipped, and the seller informed me that they didn't have another pair, so now I have to disassemble what I've done and ship it back. Going with another brand.

I read a lot of reviews trying to find the best bang for the buck purchasing a preacher curl bench. I finally decided to go with this one after convincing myself that the reviews seem to justify the $200.00 price. Upon opening the box I notice that most of the thin flimsy steel is rusted, and a few pieces were bent. However, I went ahead and put it together using the non directions, directions. I couldn't be more disappointed in the cheapness, flimsiness, and just all out lack of quality in it. It is small, the pad for your triceps to rest on isn't big enough, the seat is wobbly and small, and the rubber pads that are supposed to hold the curl bar away from the steel were stuck to the bottom of the box when they were suppose to be on the metal. It looks and feels like it was designed for kids. I paid 200.00 for this and wouldn't give someone $25.00 for it if I actually saw it. Extremely disappointing! I will be disassembling it and sending it back. I do NOT recommend this at all! Total waste of time and money.

The bench was good value, easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. We’re older folks, so we’re not putting the huge weights of some folks, but it suits our needs perfectly. Adjusts to our body size quite easily.
