I had no issue setting up this laptop, connected to my W-Fi network fairly quickly. Once I completed my initial updates and downloaded the apps I needed it for it was time to test out the reliability of this small laptop. For the price, you cannot beat what it can do, I had Netflix running along with a couple of programs and had no issue. I have not attempted to use any editing software but do not plan to use this for anything but entertainment/file transfers. So far I have not had any issues and I don't regret the purchase. Out of the 64GB, it came with I still have around 20GB so I would recommend anyone purchasing this laptop to grab a large micro SD card for more storage. I plan to add a 128GB micro SD card and keep the rest of the files needed on cloud storage. The screen is very nice and bright, with a clear image when watching Youtube/Netflix and touch sensitivity is spot on. I do graze the top of the touchpad every now and again when moving the cursor which will minimize my programs but I'm sure I can get used to that. I have had the computer running for about two hours and the battery is just under 90% when doing light browsing, so far good on battery life. Again, for the price and what I need it to do it is perfect so far. I may just get another one for my daughter's birthday. Definitely recommended if you don't want to break the bank and just want something for streaming/light office work.

I bought this little laptop because of the great reviews; well everyone was right....it is a great little laptop! I don’t use mine as a tablet. This laptop is perfect for a child or an adult like me looking for a computer to do the basics and doesn’t need a lot of memory: I watch movies, check emails, print documents, & go on the internet. The set-up was unbelievable easy (15 minutes!) and synced to my I-Phone too. The only negative I found was even at 100%, the speakers were too quiet to hear the sound, so I plugged in an external speaker & now I can hear it just fine. The price is great for what you’re getting too!

Very slow startup/updating (think 1990 speed).20 GB storage used by internal programs out-of-the-box.No backup key to return to previous screen/task.Battery lasted 8 hours.Great screen...very sharp and clear.Touchscreen works well and stays cool.Keyboard/computer gets hot.360 hinge works well.Still trying to sync/recognize phone.Note that the 5 star rating is encouraged with a gift card.No printed invoice is packed with product.Admittedly, I have not contacted support website yet. In this day and age, most electronics are ready to roll out of the package. The XIDU website does not open.Hopefully support will give me the magic keys to make this new computer earn a perfect 5 star rating!

Initially liked the looks and feel of this small PC laptop. However, quickly ran into a few issues but customer service was quickly able to recommend a few updates that definitely helped. Light to carry around and Win 10 works well.

After spending hours browsing chromebooks, windows laptops on amazon, founhd XIDU in a lightning deal for $200 and change. Shipped on time, can't get a better deal for the price and features.

Wow, even the keyboard is very usable. The touchscreen works well, the display has excellent color rendition. The response to commands and programs, including video playback, is excellent. The foldable feature to get a tent configuration with the display at an angle for reading the newspaper works very well and has a nice feel. And the price is amazing. The size is compact and, still, the display is very readable. I am a touch typist and I tend to be fussy about keyboards and I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and feel of the keyboard -- I was expecting something adequate and what I received is, in fact, much better than adequate -- the keyboard works well for me. I am completely satisfied with the battery life. I have left the device on for well over 24 hours and when I woke it up it was ready to go with ample battery life remaining. All of this quality and functionality at a spectacular price. Everything works very well. This is a quality product. For my regular computer I have an overclocked water-cooled high end multi-core processor combined with 64 GB memory and two large solid state drives. I would never expect the product that is the subject of this review to do the things that a high end product costing a huge amount can do. However, for a compact portable device and can fold into multiple configurations this product is amazing and in case you missed it, the price is amazing. I could not be happier with this purchase.

For what it is, a cheap 2 in 1, it's really pretty good. I doubt you'll find a 2 in 1 for much cheaper. It's not perfect, but still very good. While I haven't tested everything, the only hardware issue I've had is in how the touchpad works. I will have to turn off gestures to fix the problem. Aside from hardware, I did have an activation issue. The seller was very fast in responding to my late night emails. If priced stay pretty close to where they are, I think I'd buy this again.

I'm in love with this sleek device. It is very compact and easy to tote around. I do have issues with the sound. It is very low and it is hard to hear. My other issue is that the battery power life is not that long. But I am enjoying this device nonetheless.
