Metra70-1002 Radio Wiring Harness for Jeep/Eagle 1988-96 Power/4 Speaker

Used this to install a aftermarket stereo for a 93 xj. Connector lines up and plugged in as it should. Always use the adapter for the vehicle instead of hacking up the factory wiring harness.

Easy wiring up to existing wiring in the car. There was only one unidentified wire which apparently is for a power antenna which is not used in our car. Whole operation took less than an hour to wire up and install head unit.

Cutting up a factory wiring harness to install a stereo is very foolish, time consuming, and a pain. This plugs right in and let’s you connect your aftermarket head unit with making an abortion of wiring in your jeep. Plugged right in, no cutting or rigging it to get the radio to work. I can hear the joyful sounds of music once more and I owe it all to the good folks at Metra.

really simplified the install on my 88 comanche. Jeep changed there wire colors so much back then it would suck to look them all up. It also prevents you from cutting into the stock harness.

Ordered it for a jeep, it did not work. I think it was my mistake. Overall the quality seems to be good and should work as designed in the right vehicles! LoL
