The Beadery 6x9mm Chocolate Pony Bead, 900 Pieces (750V056)

There is nothing wrong with this product. It is exactly as you would expect. For a plastic bead. If you are thinking of a more serious crafting project involving leather, I would suggest going with glass, but these will do the job.

I used to say, "A pony bead is a pony bead is a pony bead," but I have since changed my mind. The Beadery puts out a quality bead for a great price. No broken pieces. No rough edges from poorly made beads. The color is true to the picture. If you are tired of having to cut or smooth the excess plastic on your pony beads, give these guys a try.

I used these beads for center pieces (melting them in organic/abstract forms) and they worked wonderful. They melted quicker, smoother, and more evenly then the ones I purchased at a hobby store. They were also more uniform in size and did not have a lot of the plastic from being removed for the forms and also a lot of junk that were in the ones I purchased from the hobby store. Wish I would have order all of the colors I used that would have saved a lot of time and frustration.

Love these but too expensive for what ya get

I have nothing negative to say about these beads. I bought them along with some paracord to make my own chin cord for one of my hats. They grip the paracord really well and the color is rich. Good quality beads.

The are better suited to a child project. They actually look plastic. I was hoping to add a rich dark brown to a project but the other beads are stone and this just looks wrong.They are nice, though.
