Glitter is embedded in the plastic
It might seem funny to title my review this way, but it worried me. The glitter was not loose in any sort of way. It was embedded into the plastic, which was great. It worked perfectly on top the cake. I would have liked it a little bigger, but that depends on how big your cake is. Overall, very happy with this topper.
