Bad Threads
In total, 30 out of the 100 nuts I received (30%), were unusable due to the fact that the zinc coating had filled up the threads. Any attempt to just forcefully tighten screws just results in stripped threads. Initially I thought that the tolerances were to tight and tried multiple brands of M4 screws. But upon further inspection I discovered that the zinc coating had pooled on the threads making them unusable.
