These work well.
I needed some adjustable straps for a sun awning over my patio. It's not the kind you crank out, it's just a big tan sheet shaped like a bed sheet with D-rings in the corners. The problem with those - and I suspected this - is they stretch over time as they loosen up in the weather - the material is sort of like synthetic burlap, and all those little fibers stretch over time. So, the corner straps needed to be able to be pulled tighter as that happens, or it'll sag in the middle. So, these were the solution. The only problem is, if you needed to ratchet the entire length in, it can't. The spool for the strap is too small. You have to cut the strap to the approximate length you'll need, then crank it down. (I cut it with tin snips, scissors aren't gonna work) The spool can only hold about 3-4 feet of strap. Maybe thats common, IDK. I've only ever used the big industrial straps for moving refrigerators on hand trucks. But these are great for what I described, the mechanism operates smoothly and I only need a fraction of its "power", it can handle 100x the load I put on it.

Good for the price
Product seems to be of good quality. Strong and wide enough for the job we need it for. Hooks and ratchets are strong and work properly. Seems exactly as described. We haven't used them yet, so if there are any issues, I'll update the review. I wasn't fond of the color and the yellow was the only color available, but that's trivial. Over all, seems to be a good product.

Very happy with this purchase! The Ratchet tie downs are strong, easy to use and have been great to help us secure our household goods during a move. Theses are so much better to use than rope. Highly recommend!
