Wearing these for the first time definitely feels a bit like acupuncture for your feet. The massage points can feel quite intense initially, especially if you’re not used to that type of pressure.However, once your feet adjust, they genuinely feel incredibly relieving and refreshing to use.I usually wear them for around 15 minutes in the morning or after a long hard shift, and they really seem to bring my feet back to life afterwards.They’ve been especially helpful for tired aching feet and general foot fatigue, and the massage effect feels surprisingly effective.Overall, uncomfortable at first but absolutely worth sticking with because they genuinely work well.

I decided not to review any more products for Amazon after usually reviewing most things i receive, these reviews, apparently fell short of the review guidelines. So now i delete all emails asking for reviews.Then i'd ordered these BYRIVER acupuncture massage slippers.It's worth noting i endure constant suffering with my feet.I have Plantar Fasciitis, corns between toes and calluses on my feet, they're in pretty bad shape.Over the years i have spent fortunes trying to protect my feet, i would implore others to do the same. Eventually it will catch up and you will experience suffering, pain and discomfort.Then i purchased these Acupuncture Massage slippers.Immediately i knew and felt these were going to be a worthwhile investment.Price paid was £26 which is more than fair and reasonable, i would have paid triple that, please keep that to yourself.Arriving less than 20 hours from ordering in turquoise byriver box.Like Sliders with about 40 plastic 'massage buttons' on the instep and where your foot would be.These massage buttons press down with the weight of your body inturn massaging the soles of your feet while you walk.They look just like normal Sliders to the eye, there's also 5 spare massage buttons with them, instructions will explain.I'm a uk size 8.5, i went for large size, large would fit upto a 10.At the front there's an adjustable vamp which uses velcro so you get ample space which can be tightened with velcro.I read reviews prior to purchase, most were positive. The common theme was the pain whilst trying to get used to the slipper.So initially i wore with socks for 15-20 minutes. Obviously there's a different sensation as you have 40 buttons on each foot massaging the foot soles.I can see this being problematic for some, try and persevere the best you can if it gets unbearable then take a break.I now use without socks even walking to local shop approximately a kilometre there and back.Within 24 hours i was wearing these like i would wear normal footwear.I strongly feel my feet have improved since the introduction of using these slippers.Further to that i feel better both physically and mentally.I recall having acupuncture 20+ years ago where 5 needles were inserted into each year, it was painless. I had a feeling of euphoria and a calmness as well as inner peace.I felt similar that night in bed and i know i feel asleep easier.I have done this review, it's independent and these slippers have made an enormous difference to my feet.I feel confident and positive as i walk forward.If you have feet problems especially Plantar Fasciitis these have the potential to make a big difference.

These slippers are a little painful, it sort of creeps up on you. At first they're fine then after about 5 minutes you start feeling it. I've been using them for about a week on an off during the day and they're becoming more comfortable. Socks help. I'm not familiar with the acupuncture side, it was more about posture, foot massage and if there are extra benefits, great. They're certainly novel. I quite enjoy using them, and honestly my feet do feel nice afterwards. The fit is adjustable, I am a UK 5 and the pressure points are definitely where they should be. Despite the 'knobs' they slip on as normal. They're on springs so its not static pressure. Its surprising how quickly your feet adapt

Like other reviewers I found these really uncomfortable at first but after a week of wearing them in short bursts each day they're starting to feel like normal sliders.Size 5/6 fits me well as I'd be 5.5. They are a little stiff and squeaky but I don't plan wearing them out. Definitely improve circulation in your feet. I have the brown and although not the most trendy I'd happily wear them out. Very well made and sturdy.I have Plantar Fasciitis. As yet there's been no improvement there but it has been only 1 week.Unfortunately I've now acquired some lower back pain. Back pelvic area on my right side. I believe this may be from wearing the slippers as I've experienced similar problems with Birkenstocks. Going to return them.

Firstly let me say this is is not for the faint of heart 😂😂 I bought these after a recommendation from my aunt after I had sprained my ankle. The first time wearing it felt like I was stepping on pebbles. Eventually after a few days I got used to wearing it and it was helping with the pain. It is straight forward and easy to use.It definitely takes some getting used to but it helped me in my ankle pain and healing process and every now and then I wear it just to get my blood flowing as I noticed it helped me sleep as well. Just need to wear it up to 20 mins when worn and weird thing is after a while it will feel like you are wearing normal sliders. Try it for yourself and see.It isn't noisy when walking around and it is surprisingly strong material. In terms of size it fits well and the velcro function helps to adjust so it's nice and snug.Takes some getting used to but I would highly recommend.

If your idea of a good foot massage is strapping a load of Legos to your feet and walking around, this is great.

I bought these as my heels were always hurting as I stand alot during the day, at first I was only able to wear them for 5 minutes but that was painful enough, I persevered and continued to wear them every day increasing the time I wore them , there were times when it was unbearable so missed days as they are quite firm when you stand in them, I've been wearing them for a while now and can wear them without missing days as I believe it's helped trigger the points where it hurts, once I wear them a while I'm ok, I recently had cupping done all over my body so still wear these sandals as they help me stand for long periods without my heels or feet aching, a good buy if your willing to endure a bit of pain at first as you have to gradually get used to them, I'm satisfied these will end up being my favourite sandals and can only recommend to try them out, I have arthritis aswell so have helped me stand up straight as I usually walk with a gait, not anymore.

I decided to give it a go as I experiencing a lot of pain with my Plantar Fibroma, 3 weeks in I no longer have any pain or lumps on the soles of my feet. It is a little painful to begin with but if you bare with it you get used to it (like someone else said on here, no pain no gain), i can walk around with them most of the day now with no pain but i did start with only 10 mins a day.Some people said they couldn't feel the pressure on the arch of their feet as it isn't high enough in that area but I don't have much of an arch and it was perfect for me, they probably didn't make it higher so that it wouldn't be too much for someone who has feet like me. I couldn't recommend it more 10/10, these slippers saved me at lot of pain.They also give you extra knobs which was nice and you can remove them and adjust them to wherever you want the pressure on your feet. the velcro also helps as i have wide feet so i didn't have to worry about the fit, the length is true to size in my opinion.

I’ve been looking for reflexology slippers that can fit my small feet US5.5. These were the only ones that fit my size. They’re most expensive than say AliExpress but again they’re the only ones I could find in my size. I’m happy with the quality, I hope it’s durable.You wear these indoors, not outdoors. Read the instructions! Don’t wear them in wet areas either. I’ve worn these around the house while doing housework and stuff.Yes, they’re uncomfortable, even painful for some. That’s normal!! That’s what reflexology is about. The pain will tell you where your body is unwell. These brown ones aren’t meant to be “comfortable” slippers, they give you firm reflexology action. If you want comfortable, buy the slippers that give a gentle massage.
