Fat Belly Pipe Exhaust Muffler Fit For 50cc 80cc 2 Stroke Bike Gas Engine Motor Parts (Black)

When I first purchased this I was worried about rubbing my leg against it and now that I have it my leg hardly rubs against it and when it does its just a little warm it never gets very hot. I love this exhaust it sounds so much better than stock. I can also feel more power it adds. If/when this exhaust goes bad or breaks (cuz i use and abuse my bike) I'm definitely buying from this company again 10/10 the only down side is the bracket that screws in near the crankshaft closer to the carb dosent align well although it could be my fault but I don't notice any shaking or ticking or anything it is very stable. One last thing when I first put this on I was worried about it melting the fuel filter because it almost rubs up against it but it dosent, because the operating temp is usually very low nothing has melted or changed. It's perfect.

This exhaust sure does give you more power. Expect it took about a week of riding to get it running back to normal.

Was looking for something less restrictive. Unfortunately the mz65 pipes are out of stock till May or June 2020. So I decided to try out the fat belly pipe. I could have gone with the cdh66 or zeda88. But decided to try the underdog. With few reviews. This pipe bolted on without any problems. The stock bolt on the clutch plate wasnt long enough. But I had longer ones sitting around. I do need a higher quality exhaust gasket as this one's kinda cheesy. I have a pk80/66, high compression head, thin copper head gasket, G2 style Reed kit with 19mm intake, dellorto SHA Clone, High end bearings, ported transfers, ported intake/exhaust, Windowed piston/ramped, no 3rd transfer yet, stock cdi, stock clutch plate, stock magneto/timing, 36 Tooth. I used to have flexible poo poo exhaust, which was quiet, and good for low end torque but would only hit 35mph and give up. Once I installed Reed and window it dropped to 25mph. I needed a better butt for this motor. Asap! I ordered this pipe, came in two days, welds all are fantastic, and don't have the belly weld across the tummy like the CDH66 pipe does. It is much more pleasing to my eyes. The pipe gave me at least 25-60% more power with the other modifications over stock motor. I can climb hills without pedaling, I haven't tested my Max speed yet but I know I'm hitting 40mph because I was driving with traffic in a 40mph just fine. I had to upjet 10 points from a .60 to a .70 and still think I can go higher by just a few points. This pipe added a good amount of low, mid, and top end power. Totally worth the 55$ in my book. It sounds mean and not really too too loud?.... But it is pretty loud. If I drove 10 miles it would leave my ears ringing. Ear protection is recommended. Or slip on muffler/diffuser. I'm just gonna use ear protection. It is worth the money in my book. And has given my bike a whole new spirit!

I love the sound of a dirt bike exhaust! I would say be aware of your neighbors the first start up after install was super loud, but awesome! I now have to go down the street away for any sound from bouncing of from houses and buildings! The performance is incredible my max speed is now around 37 mph from 33-35. It is a head turner, you will be the talk of the town!

Fit properly around my frame

Great pipe...heavy gauge steel and solid welds. It’s pretty loud and sounds awesome as is, but I opted to use my stock pipe and fit it to the end of the expansion chamber as recommended in another review on here to quiet it down and keep the neighbors and my ears happy. Compared to the MZ pipe sold elsewhere for more money, this is a suitable option and looks and performs just as well. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this pipe.

Chrome coming off right out of the box. Welding job trouble.

I like the look and sound of this pipe, I did notice a small gain in power from it but it only came out to like 3-4mph. I have mine on an 80's Schwinn cruiser 5 with a cdh Super pk80 and I had to heat up the pipe with a torch to bend it to fit but other than that it was easy to mount. Don't use the gasket it comes with as it's very thin and mine melted leaving the perforated metal strip and caused an exhaust leak. I used the thick exhaust gasket I got with my motor and have no issues now

This product is amazing! It gave me way more torque to my moter and im able to keep up with 60kmh traffic just fine! It is really loud so if your looking for a quite exhaust this one is not it. Personally I love a loud exhaust and this is plenty loud for me!! It took me 11 seconds to get me up to 30mph!! Definitely recommend product!!

I love this exhaust sounds really good but the additional mount for the exhaust that goes on the clutch was not built well and could not withstand the vibration of the engine but I can fix it with my own welder but for anyone who dose not have any welding equipment there is an 90% chance that the exhaust mount will break unless u have a smaller cc engine. Overall it’s a good exhaust

Honestly.. when I first got this pipe it was much better quality than I was expecting.. I've tried a few different ones, and let me just say. If you have an 80cc motor and your looking for a performance boost. This is what you are looking for. Its loud.. real loud. And I've grown to love it.. to the point of writing this review. Don't waste your money with other pipes...learn from my mistakes.

very good pipe fast shipping very easy install.as per the other reviews this is a very loud pipe which is what i wanted make sure you ditch the stock carb and get bigger jets.world of difference even if you just have the stock head, the stock muffler is really restrictive but good if you live in a quiet neibourhood.

This Muffler is very laud, I get this thinking that my 2-stroke engine will be running a bit quieter but not with this one - if you are looking for 'chopper' sound and want to transfer your 2-stroke gas bike into it - this one is for sure for you!
