This is a very clever way to protect a fur-baby from scratching at a wound. I ordered it to help us get through post-surgery after an operation. It's clearly a great concept, and would work well for those puppies who tolerate being encased.My puppy is a bit hyper, and simply would not put up with wearing it, so I invested in a sturdier (non-plastic) cone and returned this item. The cone was still a bit of a struggle to put on the puppy, but it could not be chewed away or pulled off, which was important since the puppy had required abdominal surgery.In fairness to the manufacturer and seller, I wanted to rate the product five stars. If you need this type of protective puppy garment (and if your fur-baby tolerates wearing it), I think you'll be glad you got it.

Indy had a spot on his back he wouldn’t stop licking. I’ve had trouble fitting him for similar items, but this fit perfectly. It’s not over his tail in the picture because he was about to go outside. Even without it fastened, his sore was covered and the Wonder didn’t ride up. His sore started to heal within a day. We’d used a cone before with him and Indy figured out how it could help him dig up the yard faster, so this was a great alternative.

This doggy onesie is great! Our dog was really suffering wearing her cone from the vet after being spayed and having a hernia repair. She was sad and depressed with the cone, but perked up a lot with this onesie! There is a flap that goes over the dog’s back, which you put the tail through and then it velcro’s in place, covering up their entire abdomen so they can’t lick and chew their incision. You simply undo the velcro and roll it up a bit when they need to go outside. It washes up nicely and makes your dog look like Super Dog!

My bulldog gets wicked hot spots and scratches himself until he bleeds. I’ve tried booties, t- shirts etc nothing worked or fit well to prevent the scratching ( he gets hot spots on his back/sides so e-collars wouldn’t help). I’ve had to sleep with him to make sure he doesn’t hurt himself. I just got this yesterday and one night using it has made a huge difference! He slept through the night - no scratching at all and seemed to enjoy wearing it. He was cozy and warm. Wearing the snuggly will enable him to heal. I highly recommend.He’s a fatty so i went a little bigger and tucked up the back

Product is great in concept. I have a neutered 7 month puppy that outsmarted the cone of shame and the Zen collar. Desperate to keep his incision covered I grabbed a onesie from walmart but he didn't fit. So I found this product... Measured him out and grabbed the medium long. He's 25 pounds and 19 inches long. He cried when we had it all the way on so I assumed it was too much compression on his incision. I rolled it down so it was like a diaper... But that just simply became an issue as he ran around uncomfortable the whole time and was simply high alert. I modified it, assuming maybe the elastic was cutting in ... And just gave up. His body is very hot under it sooo I guess the material doesn't mix well with him.

I LOVED this product! It was so nice not to have to have my dog wear the humongous cone after being neutered. It fit great and he was very comfortable in it. He didn’t try to get it off or anything. I have a male puppy and the suit was open in the area for him to urinate and I only had to pull the suit up if he needed to go poopoo. It was not inconvenient and was easy. My dogs recovery was so much smoother with this suit

I loved it. It fits my dog well and saved him (mostly) from the cone. He can still fit in all of his favorite places and was sleeping well. We had him neutered and it helped keep him away from the stitches for the most part. He tries to rub the incision area sometimes, but can't do damage, which is what we were worried about.

I got an xxl and it fit very snug on my 60lb female German shepherd. The material is breathable although it does trap some heat. The fact that you can undo her butt flap makes it so you don't have to take it off. She doesn't like it very much but it keeps her from licking and scratching herself. The only problem is that you have to wash it frequently because the butt flap absorbs everything that's in her groin region lol
