Have been taking this high quality magnesium for a few years. It really helps with sore muscles and to aid in a better nights sleep. I also take for some other medical issues and it helps immensely. The combination of different types is convenient. Highly recommend.

This is a good product for me! I take one capsule at night to help me calm down and prepare for a night of good sleep. My husband and I both feel that it does help us to sleep better with less time spent awake during the night when we want to be sleeping. I was happy to find Magtein Magnesium available on Amazon because I could not find it locally to purchase. It has the magnesium formula I was looking for.

This supplement does seem to help with my sleep. I've only been taking it, and only one per day, for a couple of months, until adding a second dose about two weeks ago. Though sleep seems improved, still expecting more as far as memory function, etc. Will keep going with it. My wife has started taking it, too.
