This commentary is written in a way that is extremely easy to understand while at the same time delivering deep insights into the bible. An absolute must-have. I am ordering further copies for friends and family

I don’t often review items, but this book and Tony Evans are unparalleled! I am older and learning the Bible for the first time and this book gives both the historical and spiritual/religious explanations needed to understand more fully a passage you read from either the Old or New Testament. And I have just found the qr codes for each book of the Bible at the beginning of every book which take you to a 4 minute introduction of the respective book by Tony himself. He is incredibly well spoken! Amazing really… anyway, I highly recommend this book!

Tony Evans is one of the best Bible teachers around. He got his doctors degree from Dallas theological seminary, so you know what he says will be true to scripture. The way he explains the Bible is down to earth and easy to understand. You can watch sermons and teachings by scanning the QR codes in the commentary. This is a must have commentary for any Christian wanting to understand the true meaning of the word of God.

This is the best commentary I have ever bought. Highly recommended. Text is clear and easy to understand, revalational knowledge is embedded within. I have used couple of commentaries before e.g, Matthew Henry and the likes, but nothing beats this for me.

An excellent companion to my daily bible study. Explains scripture in a way that is easy to understand, yet deeply profound insights throughout. My goal is to know God better and this is a key tool that enables me to do so.

One of the BEST commentaries I have ever read! Confers the whole Bible with great insight in a very readable and engaging style. Tony Evans has written some outstanding books on topics that lead me to understanding and applying God’s word in my life.

At a first glance I was a bit overwhelmed of how thick it was. Was planning to use in conjunction for my daily bible reading. And true enough, it didn’t disappoint me. Bible reading has even been more enlightening! Definite to recommend!
