What can i say???The collar arrived on 13/072021, the following day it looked like this! My dog is tiny so no big dog.As it happened the police were here at my home so my dog was on a leash in the garden....nwxt thing the collar had snapped so myself and thw police had to run down my crescent chasing my dog!Thank god we managed to capture her...and be charged £8.99!!!The whole situation could have been far worse!I am truly appalled!

Delivery great through prime, however item too big for the dog. Disgusted by the fact they are charge £3.99 + to return a small item.Will not use again
