An illustrated history of Rolex, the world's most successful luxury wristwatch brand, featuring the earliest models to the present day collection. No Swiss watch brand has a more powerful reputation than Rolex. The name has long been synonymous with luxury watches of enormous prestige and the highest quality. Since the Genevan manufacturer's founding by Hans Wilsdorf in 1908, these precious timepieces have become coveted around the world. In this illustrated overview, become acquainted with Rolex's exciting history, which has been almost constantly characterized by success and expansion. At the same time, examine the highlights of the most important models, primarily from the current collection, presented here in detailed images with complete technical specifications and accurate prices. This compact volume is a fine starting point for the novice collector and an efficient guide for the aficionado. Review: A nice quick reference guide - I consider this book a well done โquick reference guideโ to mostly current Rolex models. This is the English version copyrighted by Schiffer Publishing, Ltd., in 2014. So donโt expect to see any current watches issued after that date. Rolex Highlights is 95 pages long and is packed with many beautiful photos of high quality and lots of helpful technical information about the different models. Interestingly, there is no table of contents or index at the back of the book. Still, with a book of this size I donโt think they are really necessary. You can quickly thumb through it to find what you are looking for. I own a few other books about Rolex but the fact is, I really like this little volume and it is one of my favorites. Review: Great to gift someone who loves Rolexโs - Bought as a gift and he loved it!

Good read! I learned a lot.
My expectations were low getting this book, but I learned a great deal about the history of these terrific timepieces. I would recommend it to anyone who's in the process of purchasing one of these high end watches. I'd be willing to bet that the majority of Rolex owners don't know any of the information that is in this book.

Worthwhile addition for any Rolex fan's library.
An excellent book, akin to other manufacturers' 'highlights' publications. I now have Patek, ALS and Rolex in my collection.

Some nice pictures.
I would say "Highlights" is a good description. This little book has some nice photos, and includes prices on the models. It more or less comes off as a promotional item created by Rolex, but there are more informative books on this subject.

This book is an excellent introduction to Rolex watches and how it all started. It gives a good account of past important models and current production.
