UPDATE: August 29, 2019 Purchased May 2019Not sure what has happened but the right earpiece barely has any sound. It is three times lower than the left. Unfortunate too. I really like these. But it kind of sucks only having one working earpiece. Would I buy these again? I might, and hope that this was a one-off problem. However, it does give me pause.I was leery of using wireless earbuds, let alone the kind that have to pair to each other. And, built in mics on these things aren't always that good. NOT THESE...the sound quality for calls is fantastic...the ease with which they pair together is fantastic. I love them. And for the price, you can't beat these. Very surprising...I will see how long they last...They are so worth the money.

Purchased less than a year ago. At first, it worked very well to pair and easy to put on and comfortable to wear. I use it for my walking about 2-3 times a week. However, it just quit working all of a sudden a few days ago. To my surprise, there is no place to contact the seller for warranty information.This item is currently not available. Just like many products I bought I (almost all of which are made in China), the companies just mysteriously disappeared and could not be contacted. These companies probably changed the names and show up again at Amazon to continue to sell same product with different models/names. It is a very tricky practice.I wish Amazon would establish/enforce third party seller quality assurance policy to protect customers and hold the sellers responsible for their products' warranty.

The ear buds worked fine. However it cannot be charged. The charging port on the case was poorly manufactured. The port did not align with the opening on the case. So the charging cable could not be plugged in. I urge all purchasers to check everything on this product before accepting it. I am returning mine today.

Product has great sound and good noise cancellation. Battery life is decent as well. My huge disappointment is that the controls will only pause/play audio, answer/hang up calls, and redial last call. Long press will activate Siri (using with iPhone XS Max). But it CANNOT go to next song, replay previous song, or adjust volume. This is enough to cause me to go back to my old earbuds. Also, there are many, many reviews with this item that do not match the item. Don't know whether true or not but many sources say that some sellers hack other product 5 star reviews to make their item look better in violation of Amazon seller terms of service.

I've had them for a full day now, and the moment I took them out of the box and started using them the left one began sounding like static, which happens if I turn my head or just randomly. The left one also falls a split-second behind the right ever so often, which is annoying. Most of the time they work fine, and I'd give them a better score if I broke them, but the moment I started using them they were like this. Other than that, great sound, fantastic feel, charging case is awesome too.

I love the earbud. But I have interference when cars pass by me the connection kinds of speeds up or stop music a little. But it's good earbuds I love them just have to stay in place where it's block quiet.

I purchased these headphones after reading some of the reviews. I must say the only good thing about them is they do block out surrounding noise. However the battery life on these thing suck, after a full charge i only get about an hour and a half listening time. You also cant listen to one side, and leave the other in the charging port. Sometimes i only need one side, and its frustrating to have to keep up with the second earbud.

I only use this product during work hours for my IPad Mini. Has never used more than 2 hours with being disconnected. Wish I had responded sooner. Back to the wires!
