Delivery time unacceptable
The item purchased was a perfect fit.But it took about a week to arrive from the time of the order.I have amazon prime account, I thought it would only take a day or to , to receive the product.I tracked the purchase as it made it's way to my house.The item originated in Florida. It made a pit stop at every state between there and Michigan.I guess, if I cannot get a better delivery date, on future orders, with amazon prime, then I will have to cancel my account.

Right part, Wrong Problem
Part arrived as promised. Correct part. Easy to install. BUT, that was not the problem with the AC. Compressor bad, so have to replace whole AC. Could have saved $$$ by having trained tech check it out before tackling the problem myself.
