Fabulous Gluten-Free Shells!
I needed gluten free large shells for a special occasion recipe and it's impossible to find them in stores so I took a chance and ordered these. I couldn't tell how large they were from the pictures so I ordered two bags. What a nice surprise - the bags are quite large and the shells are perfect! I only needed one bag for the recipe and they turned out perfect. None of my 15-20 guests needed GF and they didn't even notice that the stuffed shells were GF - they were fantastic and I got loads of compliments. They stood up to being boiled and stuffed the day prior, then being refrigerated overnight and baked the day of the event. If you need gluten-free shells for stuffed shells, buy these!
