This was well worth it for our needs
My daughter had surgery for peroneal tendon subluxation, and is unable to be weight bearing for a minimum of 6-8 weeks. If you've ever had to use crutches for an extended period of time, then you know of the pain and discomfort that comes with using them ALL day. Crutches really hurt for long distances, and are very slow. They also aren't always stable it the ground is wet, uneven, or limited space. Having this chair has allowed us to shop, go to the farmers market, go on walks, not have to worry about parking far away etc. This really is a great chair. It is very sturdy and comfortable. It does take up a fair amount of trunk space, but it fits in my Honda civic and is easy enough to get it in and out. The foot rests come off and on very easily. I like that my daughter can wheel herself in it, in addition to being pushed. She is tall (5'10, and about 160 lbs) and finds it to be very comfortable, easy to get in and out of, and not too narrow (of course she is young, flexible, has good upper arm strength and the use of one good leg). I can't accurately say how this would feel for someone with multiple mobility issues or who is confined to it for very long and extended periods of time, but I will say that she sat in it for a 3+ hours straight at a ballet and felt fine. For us, who will be using it temporarily, it has been well worth it. Renting a wheelchair for 6 weeks would have cost at least the same if not more than buying this wheelchair, and now we have it if we ever need it again. Her best friend's grandma will be having knee surgery soon and we will lend it to them. Also, depending on you injury, you can buy the other type of foot/leg rest that extends for this model, which is fantastic. We have been using this wheelchair as needed now for over a month, I can say it has definitely been worth it for us. AND, you could always donate it once you no longer need it which is a nice thing to do. It would have not cost you more than a short term rental would have, and you could help someone else in need who might not have otherwise been able to afford the expense of a rental for themselves. win win

Very well made. Great price and easy to assemble. It is a little heavy, but folds up nicely

A quality device for a surprising price
I broke my leg in a stairway fall 2/28/2026 and was abruptly immobilized, my first such experience in 72 years of living. After an ER visit, I looked at mobility options on Amazon and decided on this wheelchair, expecting a piece of Chinese near-junk given its very low price, but hoped it would serve OK. What a surprise! It's well-built, strong, a pleasure to use, folds to a car's back-seat size (about 11" thick) and is lightweight despite being (apparently) of welded steel construction. Even the instruction manual is clear, well-written, and well-printed on quality stock, with none of the grammar/language flaws that so often make foreign-product manuals humorous or incomprehensible to an English speaker. There are a few points that could be improved, although they do not detract from my 5-star rating: > What I thought was a lack of parking brakes was just that I was not pushing the brake levers quite hard enough to exercise their over-center cam latches. > The wheel tread pattern is smooth, so they can slip on smooth floors (hardwood, carpet, etc.) This would be easy for the maker to fix. > There is a rear-of-foot retaining strap on each folding footrest, held with an unnecessarily tall (3-4cm) peg, so you have to over-lift your foot to get over it onto the footrest. I was able to remove the pegs with a Phillips screwdriver and the strap with a pair of light shears, so they're no longer a problem. However, my feet slipping off the back of a footrest has never been a problem in the first place. As an extra feature, the footrest assemblies swivel to the sides when not latched in place. In this configuration, the chair is a lot less deep front-to-back which makes it easier to maneuver in tight turns. I live in a three-story house, and after my positive experience with this wheelchair, have bought two more of this model (one for each floor) so I don't have to carry it up and down the stairs constantly.

Decent Quality For Price, Gets The Job Done
This wheelchair was easy to get set up. It's compact enough when folded up to put out of the way when not in use or to fit in a car. It's good for short term use, but I imagine the seat would be uncomfortable or wear out if used daily, long term. I'm happy with it for the price I paid.

Lightweight, Comfortable Wheelchair That Folds Easily for Travel
This wheelchair is very easy to use and works well for everyday mobility. It folds down quickly, which makes it great for travel and easy to store when not in use. The weight is light enough to lift and transport without too much effort, but it still feels sturdy and stable during use. The seat is comfortable and provides good support, even for longer periods. It moves smoothly and is easy to maneuver, which makes a big difference when using it regularly. Overall, it is a lightweight, sturdy, and convenient option that is easy to fold, transport, and use.

great chair for the price
great chair for the price. easy to remove from packaging and setup. lightweight yet seems to be very sturdy. easy one-handed fold and unfold. wheels produce a solid comfortable ride. footrests swing out for easy access to chair, then click back into position. one downside is the footrests are a bit too easy to come off the chair, they just attach to the chair bracket by gravity.

Sturdy and easy to manoeuvre
I bought this for my mom who has a hip joint issue causing her to be handicapped currently. It’s super convenient to take on the sidewalks and move inside the house alike. She loves the seat (it’s very comfortable) and the foot rest. We just discovered that the height is adjustable and that makes it even better because she’s tall so it was slightly uncomfortable at the default length. It’s on the heavier side to pick up and put in the car trunk etc. but the same weight is what makes it heavy duty. Easy to set up (didn’t even need to read the manual to get started). The only thing is that the front wheels are small so sometimes when the surface is uneven we have to go backwards and use the bigger wheel to cross the uneven roads. Hope they fix that for future iterations but we’re okay with it since I push the wheelchair. I don’t think it’s the best for someone going by themselves on the streets. It looks sleek and overall great thoughtful design - we love it, and so worth the price!

Sturdy and good construction but heavy
Got this wheelchair for my elderly mom when visiting us and it's an excellent purchase! Pro: Price, Excellent construction, sturdy material and great quality of the arms padding. Really easy to drive when carrying a person AND to drive yourself. Easy to fold the chair to store or transport. Cons: Weight: 15Kg is a bit heavy for an elderly to lift it, but OK for a healthy adult. Seat size: the clearance (photo) is tight for an overweight person, but good for the average person. Comfort: nothing major, but consider adding a padding to the seat. An Ikea pillow fits perfectly there.
