It is easy to install and use. Attach 4 pins connector on the end to connect RGB strip (check to make sure your RGB strips has 4 pin male/male attached). It has memory, so when you turn it off, or disconnect the power, it'll remember the last color, pattern, speed, etc it was last on. Re-apply power / turn it back on, and it'll go right back to where you left it. How to use it: -MODE button for 19 modes to choose from. -Press SPEED/BRIGHT while in modes to change speed for the current mode(5 speeds); or change the brightness level while in solid color mode. (5 brightness levels) -Press and Hold SPEED/BRIGHTNESS for 2 seconds to turn off -Press COLOR to cycle through 20 colors.
