Cute but small
Balloons were super cute. They were on the smaller side but worked well to lay on the gift or cake table. I thought they would float with helium but they didn't.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These balloons did not float when inflated with helium and one of them had a hole in it. So disappointed the balloons did not work today at the baby shower!!!!
