I bought this specifically for Windows 7 but it came with Windows 10. The supplier has tried to rectify this but is not able to. This has wasted about two weeks for me including a wasted day waiting for a courier that didn't turn up. How can a product supplied not meet the advertised spec? Also Amazon tried to refund me less than I paid and the refund takes up to 7 days, I feel deceived by Amazon and I'm appalled at Amazon's response. At least the supplier tried to rectify the issue but I'm not sure who is responsible for the inaccurate spec that was advertised.

I wanted a good solid 'industrial' Windows 10 laptop and have used Lenovo Thinkpads at work before. They are far more robust than a cheap new consumer laptop. This deal gave me a Core i5 (6th gen), 256GB SSD, 8GB RAM, Windows 10, a genuine Lenovo charger and a full HD display for £329. Most importantly with a 12-month warranty. The machine came in very good condition with just a couple of very minor nibbles to the case. The keyboard is new and the screen looks perfect. It worked out of the box and I have connected to my WiFi and loaded various bits of software to it. All has gone without a hitch and so far the performance is more than adequate for my needs (general Word/Excel plus some very specialist colour management software). It probably wouldn't be a great gaming laptop but for what I need it's perfect. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

Laptop model is good also i wasn't fully aware at time of purchase its a refurbished laptop amazon needs to be clearer in explaining this as laptop has cosmetics issues like scratches and also screws clearly show it has been opened up at some point also screen size is smaller compared to other laptops sound quality could be better overall for price you get wjat you pay for

He comprado un ordenador que no soy capaz de usar porque el teclado es alemán. No lo puedo devolver porque le he rayado el exterior. He intentado venderlo y ni por la mitad de precio lo he conseguido. Al final lo he regalado. Me parece una estafa, porque en ningún momento se advierte; o yo al menos no he conseguido verlo, que es un teclado alemán. Nunca más volveré a comprar un ordenador en Amazon, eso lo tengo claro.
