Had a small problem with the initial order. I was happy to live with it. They insisted on fixing the problem for me and sent me two new beads. I love the product. Mounted it on my way to use for keeping track of pool games. Really great customer to work with.

The scorekeeper was exactly what I wanted. Very simple to install on my shuffleboard. Nice product.

What I liked about this set in the photo was that each bar had 4 of the opposing color beads. But what I received only had 1 of the opposing color on each bar. I am returning, because I wanted what was pictured.

Wood was chipped, holes didn't fit rods flush so everything jiggled. Just poorly made.
