Works but not 100% and NOT a direct replacement without small mod
My old resistor left me with no fan until #4 setting.... This Resistor gives me #1 #2 #4 but doesn't seem to adjust between #2 and #3. It also is NOT a direct replacement for a Dodge Sprinter 02-06... The 4 small tabs that allow it to slide into position must be cut down and modified with a razor and small file in order to be close enough to OEM for it to fit. Otherwise it seems good fo the price.

Fit was perfect, installation a snap.
Installation was a breeze, delivery was quick, blower fan now works n all 4 speeds.

Worked right away. Easy replacement. FYI: youtube shows location under the glove compartment, but it is under the hood (much easier replacement)
