This is so tiny and works great! I really like the adjustable bracket to change the angle of the video. We installed it in our front window since our doorbell camera doesn’t always start quick enough to get the faces of people approaching our home. I am able to angle it so it picks up the motion and the picture quality is great!

This cam has an overheating issue and requires Blue Stack in order to view it on a PC by using the android app. It should state this up front.There are other mini cams, which I bought one, that do not have the over heating issues, have a much better app instead of the iCooky app and actually have a Windows PC viewer that is free for the asking.If your looking for a mini cam, stay away from any that use the iCooky app as they are all basically the same.It's not facing down and there is no obstruction of the lens as was suggested. it goes off line until it cools down. will not operate longer then 10 minutes. this cam should just work under normal conditions. sounds like I got a defective camera. don't see anyone else with this overheating problem. $50 out the window! can't recommend. The users manual that comes with the camera is obviously a badly translated Chinese to English with very little detail regarding how it is to be used, what the "modes" are, and what they do, etc... The camera itself seems substantial and well put together.

I've read lots of revies and questions. Only one other person had the purple issue. So it's probably a bad cam.I thought Maybe its in night mode but i doubt it as all the light as on in the room. I changed the pixel rate and the purple tint remains. If i can't get the video to look normal then i'll have to return it.

Got this for my son in law's birthday. He said it works well, and the night vision is super clear. They just moved into a new apartment building, so they wanted something to put in their front window to keep an eye on the door and who's coming and going. This worked perfectly for him.

I have been trying for over a month now to connect this to my wireless router. I have tried changing my settings on my router, and nothing, my wireless SSID won't even show up on the app. I have tried emailing the seller, and they take a very long time to reply. I now have a "wireless" camera that I can only use while at home. Due to the lengthy response time of the seller, I am out of the time frame for a return. Very unhappy.**UPDATE**I changed to a 4 star after the seller reached out about my wireless name, and advised me that it needs to one fluid word for the wireless name. After changing the wireless name to one word, it connects to the router just fine.

i CAN'T TELL IF IT'S A GOOD PRODUCT OR NOT, THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE SO POORLY WRITTEN I'M HAVING TO GUESS AT EVERYTHING. THIS MAY BE FINE FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS MINICAM EXPERIENCE, BUT IT TOOK ME A WEEK TO EVEN FIGURE OUT FROM THE INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO TURN IT ON AND OFF. NEXT TIME MAYBE THEY CAN GET SOMEONE TO WRITE THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH
