Don't purchase

I purchase all three sizes. I would not purchase only of them again. The large size does not have anything to stop it and am scared it would go up and I would have to go to the hospital to get it out. The other two have a string that scare me also. They are short and if it goes up you may have the same issue. No one wish to go to the hospital to get them remove and be the talk of the hospital/town.
