This is part of my Kitchen Aid mixer. It went missing from my kitchen. That’s why I bought another one. I don’t have many recipes that need a whisk. But it is a great whisk when you need it. When I bought the mixer, I read the booklet about caring for the mixer & the pieces included. It states that the best care is handwashing. I’ve had it for a long time, so maybe newer models allow for the pieces to be washed in the dishwasher. I’ve continued to hand wash them.

Good and sturdy. Just make sure you get the correct size. NOT dishwasher safe! Once you wash in the dishwasher it gets some sort of film on it that washes off black.

Not happy with the product. Every time they send the wrong order. I ordered the stand mixer whisk, I got the tilt head whisk. First time I could not return on time. So its total waste of money & stays with me. Second time I tried to atleast return. My mistake ordered 2nd time thinking they will send the correct one. Quality is bad breaks in 2-3 months time. Not worth for the price.

Works fine, but a little flimsier than a true Kitchenaid.

So, I ordered this to replace my lost whip and I didn't know the sizes. Whennmy order came in I tried it on my stand mixer and it was too big and now, I have to return it. Despite all that the material is great in it does fit in kitchen aid stand mixer accessories holder attachment.

Width was perfect but length was too long for my shallower mixing bowl. Amazon were kind enough to refund me. All happy!

Works great

With so many models and sizes of whisks for the Kitchen Aid mixer I am very pleased that this particular whisk fit my model…..which is at least 10 years old. In fact the model isn’t even listed n the description of the whisk but I took a chance and it works perfectly.

This doesn’t last. From the first use the metal on the whisk shaft left dark smudges on anything it touched and now the shaft is crumbling. I’m not a heavy user of this attachment either, I have probably only used this whisk attachment about 6 times. Wild, considering this was the replacement for the whisk attachment that came with my mixer that lasted 12+ years!
