I need a number 8 masonry screw (galvanised) to fit a staple plate to an outside wall. Are these a number 8 and suitable for what I need please?

Yes they are strong and good, I've mounted a TV on a wall with aproximative weight of 25 kg

Are these suitable for hanging framed paintings on a brick/plaster wall.

You shouldn’t have any problems with them.

Will these be strong enough to hang my 65”tv on the wall?

It all depends on what type of wall you’re fitting the tv to? Is it solid brick, block work or timber stud. Another factor will be the number of anchor points on the tv bracket...

Will these be strong enough to hold a punch bag being drilled into a brick wall? The frame for the bag uses 3 screws.

These bolt screws are very strong. I use them to put up steel comms cabs on the wall and then get filled with comms equipment.
