This book was such a blessing to me as I recently lost the love of my life in October of 2017. I had never heard of Tammy Trent but one night I couldn’t sleep and was talking to Jesus about my pain. Then I decided to get on YouTube and a interview of Tammy Trent was on the home page. I watched that interview and another and another! The next day I purchased her book! I cried and I laughed throughout it and reading her testimony has made me see that if God has helped her then he will carry me through too! Here it is so many years later and your story is still helping people like me that are struggling and wondering how are they going to make it. Thank you Tammy so much for sharing your life with us!

One of the most inspirational, motivational, heartbreaking books I've ever read. Tammy is a strong woman. She is raw in this book. She doesn't tip toe. She tells the truth. And it's healing whether you have gone through what she has or not. It helps you to know that God has your back no matter HOW tough things get. She will have a crown full of jewels and gold in heaven. It's a must read for anyone. Especially if you have suffered loss and extreme heartache. God bless her.

OMG! This is the best book EVER! I couldn't put it down. Once you get to the middle of the book, have a box of tissues with you. I wish there was a sequel.

Read this for a book club selection. Thank you Tammy, for the book suggestion. So powerful, so sad, but so meaningful. A fast read because it is hard to put it down. Keep the box of tissue close by

Wonderful book. Very knowledgeable and helpful thru losing a love one

Our son-in-law recently died in a car accident leaving our daughter and a 4-year old son behind. We need all of the encouragement that we can get.

I expected a book which focussed on an horrendous loss, but instead the book focusses on the history of the relationship for about 2/3rds of the narrative. Luminous Dark by Alain Emerson deals with living with the loss of a spouse much better. It is a difficult subject, but this book leaves it much too late in the book to deal with living with the loss, and learning to Breathe Again. I cannot recommend this book.

This is one of the best books I have ever read!! Would recommend it especially to ladies. Took me two days to read it! Very moving and emotional.
