Am I dissapointed? Yes. I'm from Eastern Europe and grew up with pumpkin seed oil in my daily diet. Homemade or store bought, they all taste strong flavoured, thick and dark green colour, not to forget that all were and are organic! That goes for a pumpkin seed oil whether it being Austrian, Slovenian, Hungarian or other EU country, all top class in every aspect. This has neither of that, so makes me wonder what or how did they get it so wrong. Probably mixed with something or diluted to nothing like water. No taste, no smell, no colour, looks like car oil. Now that I live in UK, I'm dependent to getting it online and this sadly was a mistake purchase. Price is more than affordable for pumpkin seed oil which should have been a giveaway that quality won't be.

I ordered TWO pumpkin seed oil bottles and they sent me 1 pumpkin and 1 flax seed oil. Sending the wrong product is unacceptable in my book. The pumpkin seed oil itself seems fine and tastes like pumpkin seeds.

It seem they have a very bad quality control or manufacturing procedures. I have been buying this products many times from various shops, so far never had a problem The last item delivered had a very strong and disgusting smoky taste and smell. I cannot imagine how smoke needed for pumpkin seed oil. Due to the type of product it cannot be returned nor cannot ask for refund. Very disappointing!

I know what smell and taste need to have this oil,but this one smells bad and the taste is rancid and more than that, even the colour is not black green as it supposed to be,is orange. Don't buy! You'll pay the money and you'll throw it in the bin. Very disappointed 😞

Unfortunately my expectations were too high, as I grew up with delicious flavourful pumpkin seed oil back in Slovenia. Due to Covid my family haven’t visited ( they normally bring me a bottle or two!) so I decided to order. The oil lacks flavour and it almost tastes off, kinda stale. I’m not sure what I’ll do with it, hate wasting food but at least I’ve learned the lesson to not do it again- oil. Disappointed.

I bought pumpkin seed oil many times and I was utterly disappointed with this one due to its diluted, watered-down consistency and a barely detectable smell and flavour. I don't know what this is, but it is certainly not a pure pumpkin seed oil!

This product is nothing like pumpkin seed oil I have purchased before, I realise why is cheaper than other brands, it tastes more like olive oil, not the nutty flavour you come to expect. Makes you wonder if the product is kosher, thinking of the wine mixed with antifreeze problem a few years ago.

Alas I haven’t read other reviews and relied on 4.3 stars at the time of purchase. As others noted this does not look, taste, and smells like pumpkin seed oil. At best it’s a very diluted oil. Avoid it.
