It is easy to fill the bottle … twisting the cap off the container is somewhat tricky and not intuitive, but it can be done after you’ve figured it a couple of times. If you have arthritis in your hands, it could be more difficult.

I suggest that you buy M/brown and L/brown, then you could try to see which one is better. You can also mix both tints to get the desired nuance.
