I am one of those people that cannot sleep on airplanes or buses. I can't stand the noise and the discomfort of having to sleep in a sitting position and I'm not one of those elitists that rides first class. And yet, sometimes you don't have a choice on a long ride. When I'm tired enough I'll drift off for a cat nap but I always awake 40 minutes later with my neck in pain from my head having tilted to a side.The airlines have added fold-out wings on the headrests that give your head a little support but they're only mildly satisfactory at best. I've also tried other first-generation inflatable travel pillows that wrap around your neck, but they are not that comfortable and really don't work that well.Finally, these memory foam pillows have provided some relief! There are a bunch of them on Amazon so I just picked one that was on the lighting deal. This thing is much better than those old inflatable plastic things. It's very soft, adjustable, and this set comes with a sleep mask and earplugs, what a deal!The pillow contours look a little odd, but they actually worked for me to help stabilize my head and neck. I would have liked one that was a touch tighter around the neck, but was still able to get this to work. With it on my head tended to fall slightly forward rather than sharply to the left or right. It's still not like sleeping in a proper bed but I didn't have neck pains. Some other reviewers have said they can also use this by turning it around and wearing it backward, with the opening to the back of the neck...I may try that next time and see if it works for me.It's a very useful travel utility and for a fair price. Mine didn't have any strong smells and the cover is soft and also removable for cleaning. Remember, look for the ones with memory foam.

As far as the neck pillow itself , it’s wonderful. It’s super soft and comfortable. I had to take the cover off after a trip so I could wash it (it got dirty somehow). Getting it back on was a nightmare! The zipper got stuck badly and took me a half hour to unstick and get the cover back on properly. Ridiculous! Should have taken about a minute. Zipper design aside , I love this thing for long train trips.

Although the material is very soft, I just wish it was slightly more firm.

Loved the bag it came in. The pillow will be nice for sleeping on the plain or car. Like that it came with a mask and ear plugs in a case. Very nice 👍

Great product. It’s super soft,nice material and comes with a bag so you can protect the pillow from the elements/germs. The only suggestion I have is to make a place to hook the black straps when not in use. Like a Velcro fastener or small metal hook. When not using the straps, they kind of dangle and look/feel awkward. Overall this is a great product and would recommend!

This is cute and supportive without being hard. The pink color is very pretty. It also came with an eyepatch and ear plugs-nice touch!

It’s a great neck pillow. I use a neck pillow every day while I rest and use my laptop. The memory foam is firm but still soft and I like the ergonomic shape to it. I love how you can adjust the closure. The only complaint I have is that the memory foam was manufactured with a slight rip in it in the middle of the neck. But like I said it’s a manufacturing issue and it hasn’t ripped any bigger and I use this pillow every day. Overall a really good purchase.

Item just arrived, bag containing them was ripped. Mask, luxury bag and pillow included... where are my ear plugs!?!? The items themselves seem fairly nice. Please send me my ear plugs!

This was a well spent purchase. I loved this travel pillow and got some good rest using it. I will probably get another one for my husband if we travel overseas. 5 ⭐️
