This Product is the BEST!! Don't waste ur time on anything else!
Great Product! Read the reviews & had to try. It DEF worked for us. We never had rats/mice but they are in our Mobile Home Community. They got under our House through the skirting: dug a hole bc it's not cemented:(. It is the most annoying sound ever to have them naw and scratch at midnight or 2am AND to have a professional come out just to lay the first traps is over $200. That's if they take the bait bc rats/mice are Leary of going near new things. Then for the Professional to keep coming out, checking traps, resetting is another $200. Then they talk to you about a plan as to how to keep them out and do it which can cost upwards of $500. I said forget it ~I'll do it myself and researched the WEB.I got a 16 pack for $44 I believe and it was under PRIME. It arrived quicker than expected though. With us living in a Manufacturer Home I just utilized the screen vents on the skirting, punched holes in the Fresh Cab: used a paper clip & rubber band, and have it hook down from the vent. This works well so that it's not on the ground getting wet.The first night I was kind of worried bc I still heard the annoying scratching & nawing around 9pm, Midnight and 2am. Then again the next DAY BUT less, only around 1pm and it was in the middle of the house: of which they never done before. This told me they did NOT like the smell at all coming from the sides of the house and it would be soon that it would fill the whole bottom and become unbearable for them to stay. I was excited! It's been 2months and nothing! This product is the BEST!!

Does not last very long, especially in vented areas.
We bought a house in southern Colorado that had been vacant for months. Rodents were present in the house and the attic. We tried using D-Con, though it killed allot, it attracts them. We tried Fresh Cab in the attic, one for every 100 sq ft. It worked! No more mice in the walls or attic. No droppings around the house (concrete porches). Fresh Cab has become much more expensive, 50% increase. But it still works well. It lasts about 60 days in our attic, that varies depending on the weather. Cold vs warm has no apparent change but wind does. For those that say it does not work, I would strongly disagree. I have allot of neighbors that also have very high praise for this product, in RVs, barns, sheds, and homes. I live in a development that each lot is at least 40 acres and allot of wildlife. D-Con will kill raptors, Fresh Cab has proven to be the best product we have found for our part of Colorado.

Good easy to use product that really helps
I won't say this is guaranteed to repel rodents but It seems to help better then most. I use it in conjunction with 2 other products that you can get through Amazon as well. "I also reviewed them elsewhere in Amazon" I live in an area with a good deal of fields, woods, yards, etc. We get quite a few mice visiting my yard and garage. I have a nice Classic 1962 Ford Galaxie 500 XL. I am paranoid about mice getting into the car, and especially the custom interior and headliner. Plus those cute little critters can create massive havoc in engine compartments, with electrical wiring, in trunks, etc. I spread this all around the parameter of the car itself and near the garage doors too.I also toss some handfuls underneath the car as well. I did the same thing last year as I am doing again this year. Last year I had no issues at all with mice in or around my car for the first time ever using this product, as part of a combined 3 product process. It's also easy to go back in a couple of months to toss some fresh pellets around and under the car.

THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS
So happy with this product. Used in our trailer that is in the middle of the forest with mice all over the place. Put them in the suggested spacing. They smell very nice and couldn't be easlier to use. We were unable to return to our trailer for a year and a half. We were pleasently surprized to find the trailer still smelled slightly of fresh cab and there was not one mouse dropping anywhere. Too bad we didn't put any UNDER the trailer as that is where they moved to. So now we will put some under there and I'm very confident they will leave there too. Works so much better than my cat ever did. She's not happy the mice are gone inside but we couldn't be happier esp. how long they lasted when the trailer wasn't being used. If you have a mouse problem buy this!!!Tried to make our own from a recipe online but more of a pain and expense and it didn't smell the same or last as long. I'm not risking it I'll stick to freash cab. A bit high priced but so worth it.

These may work well but...
These may work well but I still had many mice come into my RV after dispersing 16 packets in my RV. Now, I was in an area that has a lot of vermin so I cannot blame the Fresh Cab. I found the entry point and sealed it with foam sealant (that is what stopped the mice from entering). The bull snake that presided under my RV did a great job on the mice too.I guess I am saying look for penetrations into your RV (water, waste, electrical) before concluding you have solved the problem with this product.By the way, the aroma is quite pleasant.Cheers,

I’ll buy Fresh Cab again and again - Because it Works
I bought this product through Amazon last year when we were putting our Motorhome in storage for the winter. I bought the 16 pack and placed them throughout the coach and engine compartment. Come spring we inspected the whole motorhome and did not find one dropping or nest. I have tried other products in the past and none worked like Fresh Cab. We are getting ready to store the motorhome again and placed my order for another 16 pack. Our motorhome is stored at the campground and parked in a field so I would expect mice to make a winter home but thankfully they don’t seem to like Fresh Cab.
