Great Phad Thai at home ;-D...easy to make if you follow the instructions on the box...!!!
I bought this Phad Thai mix so I could learn more about how to cook Thai food. I am trying to go as close to vegetarian as I can and many dishes at a Thai restaurant are available as non-meat versions. This kit has the rice noodles and the Phad Thai sauce. You will have to add everything else. You have to soak the noodles first to prepare. I boiled some water in a microwave oven and then soaked in a container the length of the noodles...this will be the longest step so do this first and then prep the vegetables, tofu, peanuts, etc. after that is going for a while. It's a great kit but I wish the sauce was somewhat more spicy as it was a little tame compared to restaurant version. Otherwise it was a pretty good example of the Restaurant version once I put in my tofu and my chicken-less chicken substitute that I bought at Sprouts...

Excellent authentic Thai flavor! So good, easy to follow instructions. I did use hotter than tap water that had been microwaved for the noodles. Also used a package of "stir fry" veggies.. 😋

If you are a Pad Thai fan LOOK NO FURTHER! Taste is restaurant quality. Has excellent flavor Not spicy for the more timid. All of their curries are excellent! They also make a great Curry pastes as well.

We have ordered this product several times in the past and it is always consistently good. You can easily add items to your Pad Thai, which we do. So we enjoy this product and it meets our expectations.

horrible gyp. only noodles and sauce. Terribly misleading!!

Can't say this reminded me much of Thai meals I've had. The noodles are flat, broad, and stay chewy after long boiling (which may be what you like).As noted by another reviewer, the sauce sorely needs zip. I am a big buyer of packaged, imported meals from Amazon (mostly Indian), and not picky Wish I had liked these better. Five packets left.

Yummy and so easy!
These are truly delicious and super easy to make. I love Pad Thai, but got sick of ordering it in restaurants and often being disappointed by the quality. These kits are a God-send! The result is simply scrumptious. Just be sure to soak the noodles for 30 minutes before you wish to cook.
