Old tube of colour didn’t even open as a previous one I used which was old packaging didn’t do anything to my clients hair colour waste of product and waste of my time having to re apply with another tube and doubled the time of appointment

I bought this as the brand is meant to be really good and used in salons but it was a terrible experience. The colour is advertised as being a pearl/violet but my bleached and toned hair came out more yellowy than before and very strawy.

The shade itself, advertised as Light Blonde Pearl-Violet, lacked the desired vibrancy and depth. Instead of the elegant violet tones I anticipated, the colour appeared flat and uninspired. Overall, the noticeable decline in quality and performance of the Wella Koleston Perfect Me+ Rich Naturals Permanent Hair Colour Cream has left me feeling let down. As a loyal customer, I hope to see improvements in future formulations, but for now, I cannot recommend this product based on my disappointing experience.
