Maqui Berries are supposed to help with dry eyes which I have had for years but I haven't noticed any change.I bought them as some were saying it helped with weight loss and colitis. I have not noticed any improvement with colitis. I have lost a few pounds but I believe it's because I'm more careful with my snacking.In summary, I'm not noticing any changes in my health due to the berries.
