So this thing really works. I tried ordering a name brand model (waterpik) and OMG it hurt my sensitive gums and was leaking all over the place. Mind you it cost double the price of this one from a wholesale retailer. I decided to take a chance and try this one and I have not been disappointed at all. I love the fact that it has different settings depending on your gum sensitivity, the different heads it come with and the storage bag for easy transport. So the question is ...would I buy another 🤔 ABSOLUTELY! If your concerned about your gum health and need a water flosser get this one.

Update: the supplier was very concerned about me not being satisfied so they shipped me a new water tank to correct my issue. So far the new tank works great! It’s nice to know that there are still companies around that care about customer satisfaction! My entire family is now wanting new water pics! Quite disappointed with this. I bought it because of the great reviews. Well just a few weeks into using this the cap that holds the water won’t stay on. And no water in the ‘water flosser’ means it will not work. For the price, it should have been made better with a rubber plug rather than a cheap piece of plastic that breaks off.

Pros: The item is easy to use. I like the way the jet tip fits and a button on top to release it. It has three adjustments: normal (which is hard); soft (which you can barely feel), and pulse that is just right! Improvements that could be made: 1. The water container has a narrow opening at the tapered top. I think it would be better serve to remove the tapered top so that you can actually fit your fingers in to clean and dry it out. I worry about mold forming and its difficult to drive it out. 2. I would like to see it smaller and lighter for traveling. Seems to be too bulky for packing and I subsequently ordered a different one for traveling. 3. The design is difficult to floss the inside or backside of the teeth. With caps or braces its important to reach the back. If I try under the "normal" flow, it is much too strong to maneuver without the hard flow hitting sensitive areas in the mouth. If you put it on "soft", it's much too soft and you can't tell if you're actually getting each tooth. I have been using it with the "pulse" flow but I still not satisfied with the effect. 4. The plug to cover the holes where the charging cord goes keeps coming out and I'm sure its just a matter of time that water will get in there and may short it out. All in all . . I gave it a total of 4 stars. For the money, the product is made well and I'm sure will last a long time. I have used it for a month now, almost every night, and have not had to recharge.

I have a permanent retainer from my braces on my bottom teeth that makes flossing difficult. I never really flossed for this reason - it was just too difficult to do every day. I thought about buying a water flosser for a long time, but never did because I don't make very much money and didn't think it would be a worthy investment. Man, was I wrong. I am OBSESSED with this thing. At first, the feeling of it was strange, but after a couple uses I got used to it and began to enjoy the feeling of the water in between my teeth and on my gums. I HIGHLY recommend this water flosser - the battery lasts for a LONG time, and the water tank is the perfect size for one flossing session. It makes my mouth feel like I've just been at the dentist, but all from my sink at home! It's also the perfect size for travel, and if you're not gone for too long, you'll be able to leave the charger at home! Overall, perfect quality for the price. If you've been thinking about getting one for a while, this is the perfect one for you.

I have it for 6 months and use it daily. Overall I like its power and the good size tank. It does a good job cleaning. The door for power charge is gone. The door for the tank itself is also broken. Some times it is hard to get it to start charging .So quite a few issues after a few months. Also when using it, it is very easy to inadvertently press the power or the mode buttons. Competitors often have sliding buttons instead of press avoiding this inconvenience. Does the job but a few annoying engineering issues.

I really love this water flosser. It’s small and handy. I use it in the shower. This is my second one. My first one died after having it forever.

I'm going to start with what I dislike because it's only three things. It doesn't have a case that holds at least 3 tips, its really only safe to use in the shower because it sprays a little (maybe with practice it will stop but I have used it like 6 or 7 times now and still make a bit of a mess) and it is a bit big for travel, on that note it does break down. Now for the good.. no AMAZING things about this! It has serious pressure so your teeth feel super clean afterwards, it also has a soft mode that is nice to clean your gums, the small brush tip is also really nice especially with the pulse option. I could go on and on but really I can't Express that everyone should have one in their house! It has 3 tips and one brush so you can share! I can't afford to get a crown on my broken tooth so this little thing is super nice for keeping it clean! Also every dentist I have ever had has told me to get one and I wish I would have done it sooner!

The ergonomic design of the unit makes it easy to hold, and the special tip designed for use with braces is a better choice for adults who have sensitive gums.
