Best Product Ever!
Oh, my gosh, this thing is AMAZING! It doesn't look like much, honestly. It's a small, dark green, rubber ball that fits in the palm of your hand. (Slightly bigger than a golf ball, but much smaller than a tennis ball.) It's covered in flat rubber "nubs," so it looks a bit odd, like some kind of weird, alien fruit. But don't let its appearance throw you off. This bumpy ball will save your feet from misery! It resembles a dryer ball in many ways, but it's not the same at all. It's softer, more rubbery, and the nubs are flat-topped and short, so they won't hurt your feet. How to use it: Drop the ball on the floor, then (gently) step on it with a bare foot. (Or you can wear socks, if you're modest.) Move your foot, rolling the ball around. Up and down, back and forth, in circles---whatever feels good! It's like getting a foot massage---only better, because you control exactly where you're being rubbed, and you control how hard or light the pressure is. If you have balance issues, sit down before using it. Or lean against something, so you don't fall. Note that your feet may be extra sensitive at first, like how you jump when someone first starts rubbing your feet, especially if they're extra sore. Go gently until your nerves adjust, and then you can press as hard as you like. I haven't tried massaging my back with this ball, although it should work for that, too. For a back massage, my suggestion would be to put two of these inside a very thin sock. (If the sock is thick, you'll lose the benefit of the little nubs.) Knot the end of the sock, then lean against a wall, with the sock resting against the part of your back that needs massaging. Bend your knees and move up and down, rolling it against your back. Press harder if you need more pressure. A physical therapist taught me to do this using two tennis balls inside a sock! It works great for accupressure, as well as reaching muscle spasms or pinched nerves in your back. I'd imagine this product would be even better than tennis balls, since it's smaller and has the rubber nubs. Even if you only use it for your feet, it's a bargain at any price. I can't imagine how I survived without it all my life! Five stars and highly recommended for anyone who does a lot of walking, or who stands all day. Bring one along on your next trip to a theme park, or use it after a long day of shopping! Your feet will thank you.

Mini Massage On The Go
When you're heavy, flat-footed, and physically active, aches and pains become a fact of life. At home, I have massage sticks and a foam roller at my disposal. But the Foot Rubz ball is the tool I take with me when I'm on the go. It's tiny, so it's no big deal to toss it into my purse when I'm heading out for a day on my feet or into my backpack when I'm embarking on a hike. I use it mainly for my feet, but in a pinch, it's helpful for my legs too, when my quads get tight and I want something firmer than my fingers to press into them. I often find myself fishing it out of my purse even when I'm at home, to roll it under my feet as I sit. I probably should have gotten two, to do both feet at once! I've had it for a year, and it's in the same condition as the day I received it -- no breaks, chips, or anything coming off. Keep in mind, massage in the context of a product like this doesn't mean a soft foot rub or some gentle kneading at the spa, but a forceful, deep-tissue, hurts-so-good sports massage. Expect some discomfort. (It will be worth it when you feel better in the end!) The Foot Rubz ball isn't the strongest massage tool on the market, but it's certainly better than nothing and hard to beat at this price and size. I've recommended it to friends before, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it again as a small, cheap, portable tool to help loosen up tight, sore muscles after a day on your feet.

Miracle Worker
This ball completely relieved me of plantar fasciitis. I try to use it daily and it has been a lifesaver. I will own at least one forevermore. For specifics on how I use it: I roll it lengthwise along the bottom of my foot, side-to-side under my metatarsals, the base of my heel, and the back of my heel. If I encounter a particularly painful area, I focus pressure on that area (usually at the base of my heel, sometimes in the center area under my metatarsals) until I can barely stand the pain, then resume the rolling along the foot, coming back to the painful spots. Incredibly effective!

Not bad
The massage ball is smaller than I thought it would be, a tad bigger than a golf ball. It does feel nice and makes it easy to target tight areas in my feet. Overall happy with it for the price.

Great for rolling out my foot before running
I love these balls. I now have 4 of them which I stash all over and even travel with. I use these before and sometimes after running and they make a big difference. I am a big fan. Way better than a tennis ball for plantar fascitis (I broke the tennis ball. I think these are in unbreakable and more effective)

Definitely recommend
I used a golf ball because I already had one but, wow, I love this nubbed ball! Definitely worth it! Helps my feet, for sure!

10x better than expected
This little massage ball is about 10x better than I expected. Works great on hands to warm them up before gaming, works great under a standup desk to stimulate your feet and keep you moving. The nubs are strong, not squishy, and provide all the pressure you want. If you have pets, they may chew it.

Definite buy for anyone :)!
Awesome for anyone looking to relieve tired, achy feet. I like this ball for the spikes and the rubbery texture allows for it to dig deep into the foot without slipping. It has good grip to the feet whether you use it on a bare foot or with socks. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and it's not fun!!! Anyone else who suffers from this will know what I'm talking about. I use it everyday and it helps keep my feet healthy! People aren't aware but a lot of joint pain (knee, hip, back) are a result of bad feet. I take this with me everywhere I go so if I need some relief after exercising or a hike, it's small enough to have handy. All your weight is beared by your feet so I take care of it with this tiny little wonderful ball! Definitely recommend this for anyone.
