2 cotter pins came out where the ratchet and chain assemble together. 1 ratchet disappeared somewhere on the road and the strap fell down and got ripped by my rear wheels. The 2nd ratchet I inspected was still together but the cotter pin had disappeared as well, but luckily the assembly hadn't come apart yet. Sending back for warranty. Do yourself a favor and swap out the cotter pins for the old school permanent style that will not pull out with ease.

Bought from Amazon Services LLC advertised at discount a used and all there. It arrived with only enough to secure 3 wheels instead of 4. It’s missing a critical part- 1 short double eye piece to secure the wheel.

great product just fraying easily, and the wish bone already has a pressure cut from tight Ratcheting. I tow about 10-15 vehicles per say so it is used alot. Would be nice if had a sleeve or a protective coating my make it stronger in common wheel areas.

Purchased about a year ago. Work great. Used for wrecks and recoveries, just be sure you're not rubbing sharp metal and the straps will last just fine. Ratchets aren't the best, but suffice. Don't run them over, they won't make it. Overall, very satisfied.

I have several mytee products on my trucks, this is not one I'd ever recommend. They work but won't last. I've had them on the truck for a week, they have strapped maybe 6 cars. They get moved when loading and unloading so they've never been run over or mistreated. Very low quality straps and ratchets. I'll be going to b/a products on this item, they are way better quality.

Have had a set of these working daily on my truck for a year now and they are still going strong . Starting to look a little frayed and dirty so I am replacing them. I think they are a great product

Will get you by but the strap quality is poor freys easily
