Value packed FM antenna kit! I was pretty impressed with the quality for the price. It worked perfect on my Yamaha receiver and has pretty good reception even without being extended in my situation.

I'm a ham radio operator, where antenna is everything. This is a simple improvement, but can be very effective. Proving that antenna is everything. With the included adapters this could be used on several radios. However, if you have a good quality counter top radio (eg. Tivoli or Sangean WR-22) or any radio with the threaded antenna receiver, pictured below; you could have a great improvement in FM reception and be very happy. On a quality tabletop FM radio as the WR-22 or a Tivoli, which is designed to have an external antenna, you'd see the greatest improvement. I have, and I leave my radio on nearly all day to FM classical, and it sounds great. For the price, it's not much of a gamble with a great return. Also, FM is directional. If at first your signal isn't clean, try pointing the antenna in other directions. Often this will clean up the signal. I bought 3.

I don't know how to rate this because it didn't fit my stereo, but I can tell it was not junk, but well-made.

Works great for my Panasonic stereo. Signals come through clear and it’s easy to adjust, holds its position well. Do be careful when screwing the adapter piece in or outwards, it could cause the antenna to loosen and flail around. Retightening the adapter piece fixes it. Overall does its job and is good.

Poor construction. This should be simple: It has a hole in the end of each antenna terminator to put a pin / nail / tack through to hold this antenna up. So I did. Then I noticed that the antenna cable at the 3-way connection of the antenna elements and the wire to the connector was pulled out, exposing bare wires. I'm not expecting a gold plated high end product for $7, but I was disappointed in this product as the wires were hanging out and exposed before being connected to the receiver. I connected it to the receiver as-is, and the reception was poor at. best As for value, it's not there when it arrives in this condition. As such, I'm returning it.

Most of life, I’ve only listened to radio in the car. Those wires that run across your wall or ceiling are an eyesore and for me, never brought in a clear signal. I have an old Yamaha receiver that I will be replacing soon. Wondering if I should get a receiver at all, I invested the $10 on this highly rated item. I am located in the freezing woods of New Hampshire! Barely get a cell signal. Internet is iffy. Anyway - Easily attached this antennae and appreciated all the choices in connectors… and BAMM! The front of the old Yamaha Lit Up. I couldn’t even count how many bars! Now the classical station from Boston comes in crystal clear! A real pleasure. An excellent investment I would say! Thank You.

Look it's ok not perfect still has static. Afterall it may be where the radio is situated
