My daughter just loved this, she learned how to write numbers and abc’s on here as well as making drawings, great gift idea. It was very sturdy. The magnet strength was excellent great colors to choose from and the travel ability was important.

Magnet strength is good. Very sturdy entertainment value is a two thumbs up. Great for in the home or in the car. Erase ability 100% great.

Updated review 5/31/23- I originally rated this product with 3 stars due to the choking hazard and used state of the product. Shortly after posting my review, the company acknowledged my concerns, refunded my money, and ensured that my concerns would be addressed. They were very attentive and were very helpful. Because of the great customer service I have increased my rating to 4 stars due to the stellar customer service. I just received this product yesterday with the intention of putting it in my son's Easter basket so he would have it for our upcoming 6-hour road trip. Immediately upon opening the package, something fell out and I realized that the magnet on one of the shape pieces had fallen off. I was able to stick it back on but will go back and superglue it before giving to my son to ensure it doesn't fall off when he is using it since that is a definite choking hazard. The screen appeared to be used but after a few slides of the eraser it came "mostly" clean. The colors are not as bright as advertised and and are more of a dull shade. I like that it came with a travel bag and that the pen is attached to the board by a string to keep it from getting lost. The magnet design pieces just slide into designated holes and are otherwise not attached. I will most likely just remove those until my son gets older due to the choking hazard listed above and to prevent them from getting lost. Overall, this is a pretty cheap product, both in cost and quality so I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't feel comfortable gifting this due to the questionable quality.

So fun and simple! The magnet shapes are so fun to grab and hop all over the screen area! Easy to pack around in a bag or leave in the car! The pen is small so easy to hold and the eraser is also super easy to use which is awesome for my son!

Perfect gift for a kiddo!! My friends one year old loved his and still plays with it and now hes two! No mess, not much clean up, and easy to wipe down during cold and flu season

I bought this for my then 14 month old, when I was scrambling for novel things to occupy him on a plane trip. We tested it out before we left and because he didn't show much interest, I didn't take it with us in order to conserve space in our bags. Since that time, though, I continually offer it to him along with crayons, paints, etc. Over the last 3 months, he's shown more interest and will now sit with it for several minutes at a time to draw. I'm hopeful we'll take it on future car and plane trips. It's very light weight and easy for my toddler to handle. (note: we removed the small pieces from the side that are choking hazards for young children) My one concern is quality. About a month ago I noticed a flaw on the side (see picture). It looks like someone has drawn there, but it can't be erased. The area is gradually spreading. I'm not sure what caused it - moisture, excess pressure, ? It seems like this product should be sturdier (it's made for children) and last longer than this. It's my main disappointment.

As you can see in the photo, it is very small and the magnets are not even attached!!! They do show the measurements on the Amazon site but the picture with people is misleading.
