I have 220000 on my 5.4 l ford expedition. i've always used synthetic oil. what is best to use, this high mileage additive or the synthetic additive?

Both are good, but if you are already using full synthetic oil then I would use the synthetic additive.

Do i add 1 quart to oil when changing?

You need to remove or is less oil. Let it run and get warm then cool down and top off

I have a 2016 Ram Ecodiesel. Can this be product be used on my next oil change?

Not sure if it's rated to be used in a diesel engine, I would recommend contacting Lucus oil.
