Great Reed
I have been playing the alto saxophone for 8 years now. I have always played on Vandoren reeds, so this was a bit of a leap for me. I am beyond surprised at this reed! It plays very clearly, the intonation is just as amazing as what I get out of my Vandoren reeds. I have played on this reed every day since I've bought it and I do not regret this purchase one bit. 10/10 would buy again!

Very Noticeable "Ease of Play" - Best Sax (or any woodwind!) reed (imo) ever!!!
Most Outstanding Reed I EVER used!!! And is damn well should be at the price, would love it it you got two for that but it is what it is. If this reed lasts for two months as advertised, then sure, I'll be buying one every other month. The tone is more classical, less deep & jazzy but the ease of playing it VERY noticeable! I wouldn't recommend for starting woodwind students, rather for those more experienced with taking great care of their reeds.

IMO just not very good. I've been playing about 25 years and have ...
Sorry to say that IMO, they are just not very good at all. I've been playing alto about 25 years and have tried many reeds over the years. These just don't vibrate or something. I want to say stuffy. They blow fine, not to resistant or anything, but maybe just a shade stiff for their suggested size. I think the bottom line is the just sound bad. I can play the entire range of the sax just fine with them, but they are just not projecting, nor giving a reed like sound. I've never had a reed sound like this. I was expecting Buzzy and bright, but if anything I'd call them lifeless.I might try the signature in the future. I love the idea of a consistent reed that last a long time before having to switch. Sadly, these just don't do it for me with sound or projection. I'm using Rico Plasticover 2.5's and Lavoz medium's. I just haven't been able to beat these reeds for now.

Favorite Synthetic Reed
I like to experiment with synthetic reeds and this one is by far one of the best. It projects nicely but it isn't TOO loud like other synthetics, the sound is easy to control and the tone is well rounded, not too bright and it doesn't squeak. It really does have a beautiful sound and it responds beautifully.

Excellent. My favorite reed.
Excellent. I prefer them to cane reeds and Fibracell reeds. They do have a break in period, miso expect them to be a bit stiff for a while.

Great product
All traditionalists who are still playing wooden reeds need to give this product a try. They have improved greatly over the last few years.

Makes life easier
Suggested to me by a professional as I said that going between instruments is always a trouble when I am playing with friends or at charity gigs.Well you do not need to wet these before using and I leave it on and return to it and it just blows. Ok there is a slight difference in the tones but I am sure that there are ways of getting closer and if it was mic'd up then I am sure that a good and appropriate sound for the genre could be achieved through the electronics.Does what I wanted though - on and play
