Exactly what I ordered and is absolutely breathtaking. The color reminds me of a setting sun at the beach.Black Tai is an awesome business. Mine Salt Crystal Lamp arrived well protected even though it crushed the plastic retainer in the electric cord. I contacted the seller and they respond within 5 mins and sent a new replacement right away. It is right at 40 lbs which is what I ordered. I put a 25W bulb in it. When I get my second lamp I will get it from Black Tai!

This lamp is described as a 40-55 Pound salt Lamp. When reading below in the manufacturers description the shipping weight is listed as 43 pounds. The lamp is listed as 20 pounds. I will refuse the lamp when it arrives unless it is as described on the Amazon site.It has been several hours since my review was posted.The description has changed, the lamp is now 43 pounds. Maybe it was a mistake? Follow up later, it will be the last word on ths lamp. Hope it will be raves. I have two other large ones that I love, bought from Amazon. This will be my largest if it is as described. Maybe it will be the most beautiful of all. I Hope!Update. The weight of the salt lamp is 40#, The shipping weight of the package was 43#. It did not come with a light, (no big deal). The base is not fastened on well. You simply push the light socket into the hole in the bottom of the lamp, there is nothing to hold it in place. That said this is a large salt lamp with excellent shading and peach/amber coloring at a good price. It's too bad a little more attention wasn't given to the details. I am keeping the lamp but probably will not order from them again.

Now this was worth every penny,and i enjoy the hue of colors at night. guess it's hit and miss with amazon.

just simply amazing. Beautiful shape and is definitely on the upper end of 40-55 pound scale. i put in a 45 watt light because i wanted it dim. Its just right and is just enough to get the outside slightly warm (to emit the -ions). Changes the whole atmosphere of a room and is definitely big enough to blast a gigantic living space.

Love it! Exactly as described! Only reason why its 4 stars is because the light fixture didn't fit the opening on the bottom. But it is still beautiful!

Wow, this crystal is beautiful. Unfortunately I had a house fire the day after delivery so there was contamination, so I can't post a pic. Crystal was about 45 lbs, xlarge in size, and had beautiful colors. I look to purchase again from this seller, so buy with confidence.

I did not get a bulb with mine like it says but other than that I really like it.

This is a great salt lamp. The lamp looks great in the living room
