Well where do I start with these bad boys.Lets get straight too it I absolutely love them. In fact I would go as far to say better than my series 1 airpods.First things first do not be put off by the packing. Ok not Apple packing or even Beats but don’t let this put you off by the Stockholms by Urbanista.I listen to a lot of dance and hip hop music and it coped brilliant, to clear top crisp notes to beautiful mid ranges and a base that claps like thunder.Superb value for money.Now not going to lie touch controls take a little getting used too but after 10 mins I was like a Urbanista master flicking between tracks and volume up and down.As a phone headphone they worked really well and I had the roof down on my wife’s SLK just to try them.Battery life great too almost a full day at work and now recharged.All in all get a pair trust me your mates will be envious and all want a set.My wife tried them when she was working out and not once did they fall out and the voice control was great!!She also said they were better than her air pods and can she have a pair..Well thanks Urbanista not only have you made our airpods redundant I now have to fork out for another pair of the Stockholm’s for the wife.In a nutshell folks, if you want great sounding headphones with touch and fantastic voice control and much cheaper than airpods buy a set you will not be disappointed.

Ordered first pair which arrived promptly and very nicely presented. Put on charge and waited. Whilst the case appeared to be charging the earphones themselves would not switch on whatever we did. Decided to give the benefit of the doubt and returned for a replacement rather than refund/Second pair had exactly the same issue. No sign of life from the earphones whatever we did. They are nice looking units so rather than give up, reached out to the seller. Unfortunately they had no interest in helping the technical issue and just told us to contact Amazon for a refund.Overall, not fit for purpose and poor customer service from seller. Avoid.

I will start off with the good bits. They look good and sound good. Highs are good, it has some problems on the lows but for a normal person it wouldn’t make a huge difference. Now with the bad sides. When they work they are amazing, however you constantly have troubles connecting them. I have got two iPhones and it’s an absolute mess to connect them. You keep going from Power On > Connected > Power off. The way to fix it or at least how I am trying to fix it so to continuously remove it on and off the case power it on and just hope that this time it will actually connect for longer then 3 seconds. I have tried pairing it with and Android phone and it seems fine, so I am not sure if it’s the quality of the set or the software you are running on the phone. Excluding the bad bits 25£ for them is a good price, but that’s only if you are lucky enough to connect. I can’t believe this retailed for 80£. Battery life is good, but it seems like the lower the battery the harder to connect so unless you just charged the case you will have connection issues. To summarise sound quality is decent but it just falls short of quality when it comes to the Bluetooth technology.

I am really disappointed in these. I bought them back in April at full price which I’m kicking myself at now as they are so reduced in price!The issues I have with these are that there is no feedback when pressing the earbuds so no click or anything so it seems totally random. I will try and press them for volume and they will turn off or Siri will come onI tried to use them with my laptop to do conference calls and they would stop working half way through a call / lose connection for unknown reasons which is very inconvenient.I’ve not been able to answer a call successfully in time either!I know perhaps this is user error but I’m pretty tech savvy and I find them non-user friendlyThe finish on the charging case is nice but being in my bag they have picked up a few scuffs and a greyish tint to the white as it’s sort of a smooth finish this doesn’t come offI now have an issue where the left earbud will not connect and the light flashes continually, no music comes out and it will just power itself off. I googled troubleshooting, checked the manual (very basic manual which is online as well) and couldn’t find anything that specifically referenced this issueI contacted urbanista support and after a few days they said please reset them. Bit of a cop out, id said I’d reset them many times already.. I’d rather know what the light is signalling as surely they know? No amount of resetting it has done anything so the other option they gave was to contact the seller for a replacement. Seems odd to me that if they don’t reset they are just broken?Either way - I would not recommend these to friends or family. Especially not at the price I paid. I’d rather have a refund than a replacement to be honest!

The left headphone sometimes stops to work and never works with my computer... I've tried all the fixes, but nothing helps. Very disappointed. Sound quality is really poor

Deze oordopjes waren twee keer dead-on-arrival. Daarna heb ik het maar opgegeven en mijn geld teruggevraagd. Dit is al een wat ouder product (nog met microUSB) dus ik vermoed dat ze al langer in een magazijn hebben gelegen dan goed is voor de batterijen.

Jag har beställt denna Urbanista hörlur. De fungerar inte. Jag har fått 3 olika hörlurar skickade till mig. Ingen av gångerna fick jag fungerande hörlurar. Värdelöst skräp. Hörlurarna parar inte ihop sig med telefonen.Jag misstänker att Amazon medvetet har realt ut trasiga saker. Syftet måste ha varit att sälja ut trasiga saker och hoppas att kunderna inte orkar klaga.Servicen har varit usel. Amazon kan inte garantera att de skickar saker som kan fungera.

The left one doesn’t work. I bought my daughter some that cost half the price that these cost, that work better than these. These are cheap. The only thing I liked about them is that they are comfortable inside my ears . Other then that these are a rip off. I returned them once’s d it seemed that they sent me the same ones back. The one that doesn’t work, the light goes on but it doesn’t work, there’s no sound, so the company figured out that if the light goes on while it’s charging that it must work.

Be honest, I like this design and it's fit for my ears. HOWEVER! The left one does not work at all! I was every expect for having this, while I am so disappointed since I received and cry to use it.I can't make the sound quality comment, cause I only heard from my right pair!

Um es vorweg zu nehmen: ich kann die Kopfhörer auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Sie wirken sehr hochwertig, sind sehr gut verarbeitet und haben ein gut angeordnetes case mit Ladefunktion. Die Kopfhörer liegen auf den Kontakten auf und rasten dank magnetischer Kopplung satt in die Passform ein. Die Kopplung mit dem AndroidPhone funktioniert reibungslos, ebenso mit dem IOS Tablet. Ich konnte in keinster Weise Kompatibilitätsprobleme feststellen, alles in Sekundenschnelle eingerichtet. Den Klang der Kopfhörer würde ich mit marktführenden Produkten in etwa gleich setzen, auf keinen Fall wirkt der Klang blechern oder unangenehm. Die Bedienung über die Touchflächen an den Kopfhörern funktioniert tadellos und gleichbleibend gut.Die Akkulaufzeit, z.B. beim Filmeschauen, würde ich mit etwa 2 - max. 3 Stunden einstufen. Länger nicht. Das Standby-Durchhaltevermögen kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich die Kopfhörer nach Benutzung immer gleich ins case zurück lege. Die Akkulaufzeit ist für mich gerade noch gut.Zur Größe: als Referenz dienen mir hier kabelgebundene Original „Apfel“-Kopfhörer. Die Urbanista Stockholm sind m.M. einen Hauch größer als die „Apfel“-Kopfhörer. Die „Apfel“-Kopfhörer sitzen (in meinem Gehörgang) halt einfach perfekt und ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Urbanista Stockholm Kopfhörer einen Tick kleiner wären, das minimale Übermaß steht dem perfekten Halt im Wege. Insgesamt aber trotzdem noch so gut, dass ich die Kopfhörer verwenden kann und sie auch gern behalten werde.Fazit: da das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis hier stimmt, kann ich die Kopfhörer bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.
