Been using these for years. They are a must have is you suffer from a dry mouth. Or diabities.I couldn't sleep without them. Easy to use, just put one on your tooth or gum and hold for 5 seconds and it stays put all night. Brilliant, well worth the money.

I’ve had dry mouth when I sleep for a number of years. I’ve mentioned it to my GP only to be met with a blank expression. It was so bad I would actually wake up gasping for a drink as my mouth was so dry it was impossible to swallow. Browsing through YouTube a few weeks ago a video popped up with someone praising these XyliMelts. I was of course sceptical particularly in this age of fake AI ads. I ordered a small packet as I thought if they don’t work I haven’t lost too much. Anyway they arrived and I tried them that night. I put two into my gums as instructed and the result was outstanding no more dry mouth, I’m actually starting to sleep properly again without need to drink in the night. The only downside is they don’t last as long as stated and I need to use four per night, but that’s a minor niggle as I’ve started going into deep sleep and dreaming again, which I haven’t done for years. Now if only I could find an effective solution to stop me snoring….

I used these at night to help with a dry mouth caused by CPAP use. They work very well and usually stick in place to either you gums or teeth. They have helped massively with a bone dry mouth from CPAP. The taste is slightly minty and pleasant.

I have tried several different remedies for night time dry mouth: Biotene mouth wash, BIotene gel, TheraBreath dry mouth lozenges. All of those worked somewhat well, but only for a couple of hours--certainly not enough for all night. The Xylimelts do the trick. They adhere very well and once positioned are stuck for hours. I don't really like something sticking to my teeth--am still adjusting to the feel of that--but the effectiveness is worth the discomfort of having the disc pushing on my gums. The instructions say to place one disc on the upper back tooth, and one on the lower back tooth, opposite side. I find that one disc alone is sufficient for me. I move it around from night to night as it seems to bother the inside of my mouth where it's in contact with the disc. When I say "bother" I mean I notice a slight roughness, but it is not severe and alternating positions seems to take care of the problem.

La notice est bien faite, avec un schéma: on comprend tout de suite qu'il faut caler chaque pastille entre les molaires et la joue. ça tient bien, car le côté marron est collant et adhère à la mâchoire. Dans la journée, je ressens moins le besoin d'en prendre. Cela a goût de menthe, mais pas trop, et s'il faut en croire la notice, c'est fait de composants naturels.
