So far I’ve been using the product for a month plus and I think it’s a great product. Very duarable and definitely gets the job done. I definitely sweat when I have it on. Even when I am at work I do 75% desk work and and 25% physical work and still work up a sweat on the abdominal region and then more so when I wear to the gym. It also helps as aback support. Overall I am satisfied with this product. I haven’t tried the sample burn gel yet and I am sure that we’ll intensify the sweat production. It also came with a net bag to put it in when not in use, that is awesome. Great product great price.

I absolutely love this belt. It’s a great quality product and the customer support is amazing. The sample Hot Gel was missing when I first received the product; They sent the replacement right away. I've been using this for two weeks now during all my workouts and even when I am out on a walk in the neighborhood. I've never been a heavy sweater, but I can absolutely tell the difference in the amount of sweat my body produces in the waist area. It's not bulky as some other brands and it fits comfortably under my clothes. It is easy to clean, I usually just wipe it down with soapy water and raise it off. Highly recommended!

Just purchased this to try. I recently had a baby and need to lose some baby weight. The actual fabric is sturdy the inside is a thick rubber. I have wore this around the house and it does make me sweat.. probably not as much as if o walked outside or ran but it does work with little exercise which is a good thing. I bought a medium and recommend getting a size bigger. It barely fits me but might hell motivate me.I will update at a later

After finishing one week on the Nutrisystem, where you are not allowed to do any strenuous exercise for the first week, I started using this belt while jogging by a park near my house. First, I like the phone compartment where you can also slide a small key. Second, the cream does make you sweat more. Not sure of the effect on my weight loss it will have, but I can use any help I can get. The belt is not bulky and stays in place. I usually wear a shirt over it and it does not pull and is not visible when I wear it.

Have used this for about a week. Although, I do not see a difference in my belly "flattening" yet, I do notice a small change. It does make me sweat, a lot. I haven't tried application the cream that came with it. Sinceinhabe noticed a small change in my belly I will continue to wear it, I mean it has only been a week. I love the fact that it comes in different sizes. I purchased a different brand and had to return it because it way to big (it was one size "fits" all). I had to wrap it multiple times around and I did not like that. I only wrap this around once. Plus it has a little pocket to hold keys, phone or money.

The band is good for what you pay. Only downfall, is even following proper care to maintain it.. it literally tore while wearing on the inside of the belt. It does not offer lower back support, and will make you look a little bigger since it's an extra layer. You will sweat even without the gel. I ordered more and use it maybe two or three times a week. I wear the belt daily while I work. I work for UPS, so that should tell you. I clean it when I get home and let it air dry all day and night until work at 4am. Lol I would love to order again, but I might spend the extra money for a belt that will last a little longer.

I had to read the reviews and view the photos before I made this purchase the one I had purchased before this one was really cheap. I have only been wearing this one about 5 minutes and can already feel the sweat. I love it I would definitely buy again. I order a large I usually wear a 10/12 and it fits perfect. Thank you LOMA!

I'm a big fan of Loma, so when I saw the waist trainer, I figured why not buy it and support my favorite athlete? I tried it on for the first time yesterday along with the burning gel that came with it. Not gonna lie, I was a bit nervous about trying the burning gel but it turns out it's not all that bad! It didn't burn my skin which is a good thing. Only thing I would suggest is that the gel should say how often can one put it on. I have a 40 in waist and the medium fit just fine! It also helped with my posture as well.
